This book opens doors to a life changing experience. It is as it says - a journey - mapped out in a precise and genius way that does indeed lead one into present moment awareness. Rich, grounded, abundant text, written with heart warmth. It is layered so that in each reading you have a different yet continuous transformative and integrative experience. Whether you choose to just read it, or take the experiential journey offered, you will be touched and forever altered. Personally I found it to be matchless in its capacity to guide me from a place of fragmentation to wholeness.
