Die totalitare Staatsauffassung im Nationalsozialismus veranderte die Rahmenbedingungen fur die Stiftungen noch einmal stark. So mussten Strategien entwickelt werden, um sich der kompletten Vereinnahmung durch den Staat zu entziehen."
