In studying the debate between Peter and Paul and the resulting
primacy on the Latin Church, Otto Zwierlein defends the arguments
of Petrus in Rom (Untersuchungen zur antiken Literatur und
Geschichte 96; 2009, 2010) and provides additional evidence backing
up his claims. The second part of the book contains three studies
on the acts of Peter, Paul, and John. The focus lies on the Third
Epistle to the Corinthians, which is shown to be part of the
apocryphal acts of Paul.
