Lex Payne is a gritty, Jamaican Special Agent from Equinox
Anti-Crime Agency, (EACA). He is on his first assignment to keep a
close watch on Sam Jones, a tourist visiting the island. EACA
intelligence suspects Sam Jones is a name assumed by John Maxon, an
