Common target locations are described, and the importance of identifying and understanding the nature of the surface before selecting the appropriate graffiti removal method is emphasized. Getting rid of graffiti lays special emphasis on safe working practices to minimize risk and takes account of current UK Health and Safety at work and COSHH legislation. Addresses of relevant sources of information and specialist materials and equipment are given in an appendix.
