First Published in 1999. This is Volume XVII of twenty-one of a
series on Cognitive Psychology. Written in 1923, this book looks at
the treatises on Logic and seeks to discover the nature of
reasoning which the author argues is tied up with an instinctive
tendency to resolve complex psychical phenomena into more
elementary processes.
