Great Reference Book

Those who read the Catechism will have discovered that it contains footnotes citing Church documents (Bible passages, Council decisions, Papal Encyclicals, etc). This book contains those the full documents quoted (for the sake of reducing length the Catechism only contains excerpts from those source texts). The downside is it only cites the citations in the 1994 Edition of the Catechism (not the final 1997 edition based on the Promulgated Latin text). The differences between the two editions are minor, but it has led to some omissions from the 1997 Edition in this book. Other than that, well worth the money, and incredibly useful to help get a full picture of the Catholic faith, especially if you don't want to individually google each and every reference in the Catechism.
