This book consists mainly of two parts: the introduction and list
of recipes. The former gives the reader a short description of the
Paleo Diet, the premise behind its formation, its main food items
and the proposed advantages. On the other hand, the latter is
composed of a total of 20 delicious recipes, equally divided into
five categories: breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and dessert. All
of the recipes are delicious and created to improve overall health
while flattening any belly bulge you might have. To make it even
better, all the recipes are made to be prepared in the crockpot for
a stress free preparation
