The book explains thoroughly and easy possible way to cook curries
with illustrated pictures. The objective of this book is someone to
enable to cook a full meal (starter, curry, rice and chapatti) in
an ordinary house kitchen. It is unique book of its kind. All the
pictures are carefully taken and well related to text. Book has one
hundred pages. First few pages explain the few spice and herbs you
need in your kitchen, then Starters, accomplish and dips. After
that fifty pages of different curries with relative pictures taken
by me. Then last twenty three pages explaining how to make
different rice and chapattis In the book, I expressed basic spices
and herbs needed in a house kitchen, then the preparation and
cooking of starters, curries, different rice and chapattis. It has
one hundred pages with pictures. . I have been head chef for 25yrs
in few well known Indian Restaurants. My experience and people's
demand for this type of book and my ambition to expand the
knowledge made me write this book.
