This book gave me the opportunity to face myself, who I am to the core, but starting with showing me my shadows via the meditations you can follow per instruction. An easy to understand read. Very much relatable. I'm very much into the woo-woo'ness of life, meditations, starseeds, reincarnation, past lives etc. This book simply opened my heart to realize that it's pretty okay and normal to have shadows, to deal with them but also to find your inner self, your inner wisdom as you work through the medicine wheel. If you're familiar with Shamanic practices, the medicine wheel will be right up your alley as you delve deep into all directions. I really enjoyed reading this as the author shared her own experiences, struggles, shadows etc. and this offers us an opportunity to realize we're not alone in navigating this life with our demons hiding in the closet. The author simply helps you find the key to unlock that closet, invite your demons for tea and transforming them as you release them.
