Der Band vereint Beitrage der vom Foerderbereich Politik und
Kommunikation des Otto-Suhr-Instituts organisierten Ringvorlesung
"Von wegen: Lugenpresse. Analysen und Ansichten zur Renaissance
eines Kampfbegriffs". Im Kontext der so genannten Fluchtlingskrise
sowie der um sich greifenden Demonstrationen gegen eine befurchtete
Islamisierung des Abendlandes nahmen die Diffamierungen von
JournalistInnen und Medien zu und subsumierten sich plakativ unter
dem Schlagwort "Lugenpresse". Dabei ist dieser Begriff nicht neu.

nur einmal") und Hanns Eisler ("Stempellied") gearbeitet. Im Wiener
Exil schrieb er als "Tarner Brother", in Paris befreundete er sich
mit Hannah Arendt, in New York kampfte er ums UEberleben. Er
wandelte sich vom KPD-Sympathisanten zum Antikommunisten. 1949
kehrte er nach Europa zuruck und arbeitete mit Erich Kastner fur
das Munchner Kabarett Die kleine Freiheit. Es folgte eine Karriere
als UEbersetzer amerikanischer Musicals wie My Fair Lady.

beziehungsweise fur die Kassenarten? Welche notwendigen Massnahmen
ergeben sich fur die einzelne Krankenkasse, um am Markt bestehen zu
konnen? Genauer genommen, wie kann die Erhebung eines
Zusatzbeitrages vermieden, beziehungsweise so lange wie moglich
herausgezogert werden? Welche Rolle ubernimmt die
Krankenhausabrechnungsprufung unter den geanderten
Rahmenbedingungen? Gibt es Moglichkeiten, die Zuweisungen durch die
Krankenhausabrechnungsprufung zu beeinflussen, ohne ein Rightcoding
zu betreiben? Im ersten Kapitel werden die historischen
Bedingungen, die zur Entwicklung des Risikostrukturausgleiches
fuhrten, dargelegt. Gleichzeitig begrundet dies, warum ein solcher
Ausgleich uberhaupt notwendig ist und welche Folgen daraus
resultieren. Zusatzlich wird dargelegt, wie der
Risikostrukturausgleich bis einschliesslich 2008 funktionierte. Das
zweite Kapitel legt die Situation von dem 01.01.2009 an, unter den
Bedingungen des neuen morbiditatsorientierten
Risikostrukturausgleiches dar und diskutiert ausserdem dessen Vor-
und Nachteile. Zusatzlich wird in diesem Kapitel darauf
eingegangen, wie gross die Anteile der Zuweisungen aus dem
