Explaining the importance of the various states of mind as the very
heart of an individual's relationship with the world, this book
argues that the key to a better life rests in the ability to
understand these moods and make them evolve. It posits that
understanding the subtle mix of emotions and thoughts that make up
positive feelings, such as inner peace and confidence, or negative
states of mind, such as depression and worry, is the first step
toward finding a lasting serenity.
serenidad duradera."
Moments of serenity can give life a sense of meaning and depth,
helping to calm and reenergize individuals. This book, through 25
stories and the lessons that can be drawn from them, invites
readers to discover, at their own pace and in their own way, the
path to balance and serenity. Drawing on this guide's insight, it
will be easier to find those moments of piece and revitalization,
even in the face of life's obstacles and difficulties.

Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2009 im Fachbereich Psychologie -
Klinische u. Gesundheitspsychologie, Psychopathologie, Note: 2,0,
Universitat Potsdam (Institut fur Psychologie), Sprache: Deutsch,
verschiedenster Moderatoren. Es fanden sich eine Reihe
signifikanter Unterschiede, u.a. Einfluss der Therapieklasse,
Familie, des Professionalitatsgrades der Therapeuten,
Studienherkunft sowie Alter der Behandelten Kinder und
Jugendlichen. Die statistischen Analysen mundeten in einer
Regressionsanalyse, die zu 37,4% Varianz der Psychotherapie
aufzuklaren vermochte.
