Jutta Wollersheim untersucht, ob Dynamic Capabilities zum Erfolg von Zusammenschlussen von Organisationseinheiten mit unterschiedlichen Routinen beitragen. Sie erarbeitet ein theoretisch fundiertes, operationalisierbares Dynamic Capability-Verstandnis und fuhrt ein Laborexperiment durch, in welchem sie den vermuteten signifikant positiven inkrementellen Beitrag zum Erfolg von Zusammenschlussen von Organisationseinheiten mit unterschiedlichen Routinen beobachtet."

Die Autorinnen und Autoren dieses Tagungsbandes geben vielseitige Einblicke in das interdisziplinare Themenfeld Mergers & Acquisitions, so dass mit 20 Beitragen ein breit angelegter UEberblick uber den aktuellen Diskurs in Wissenschaft und Praxis vorliegt. Die Schwerpunkte der Tagung und des Buches konzentrieren sich auf einen rechtswissenschaftlichen und einen wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Teil. Die Fachtagung "Mergers & Acquisitions im Spannungsfeld der Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften - Aktuelle Erkenntnisse aus Forschung und Praxis" fand im November 2013 statt.

Der M&A Alumni Deutschland e.V. hat die Fachtagung Mergers & Acquisitions im Spannungsfeld der Rechts- und Wirtschaftswissenschaften - Aktuelle Erkenntnisse aus Forschung und Praxis" ins Leben gerufen, um einen fachubergreifenden Diskurs anzustossen. Im Rahmen der ersten Tagung 2010 entstanden zehn Beitrage, in denen sich Juristen und Wirtschaftswissenschaftler kritisch mit dem Thema M&A auseinandersetzen.
