type of tourism is able to play a significant role in the overall
goals of society and to promote the establishment of trusting
relationships between people of all cultures and religions. Global
Development of Religious Tourism is a crucial reference book that
contains research on the current religious situation as well as the
tourism industry and provides insights on their joint development.
It is not possible to study any religious field without
understanding the religion itself and its impact on any country's
political and social system. Therefore, the work also examines the
impact of religion and tourism on economic and social developments
across the world. Highlighting topics that include sanctuary
cities, religious tourism management, and religious tourism in
regions that span Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and more, this

COVID-19 is not the only global challenge that the world is facing
these days. The infodemic, based on the pandemic (COVID-19), is
another serious challenge for the world at this time. Each flare-up
is joined with a large volume of data and information; however,
this data can be based on deception, gossip, rumors, and more.
Misinformation not only impacts the human body negatively but also
impacts mental health. The infodemic has an impact on human health
and professional performance, but also leaks into business
organizations in terms of financial matters, employees'
psychological and physical health, employee performance, and the
organization's performance. The misinformation regarding health
issues can disturb business organizations and affect the employees,
organizations' market share and financial matters, future firing
and hiring policies of the organizations, and international
operations of the companies. Though the COVID-19 pandemic may be
over in time, the impact of the relevant infodemic will continue to
disrupt business organizations for several years into the future.
Impact of Infodemic on Organizational Performance highlights the
impact of the infodemic due to the pandemic (COVID-19) in
organizations' performance and enhances the understanding of how
the infodemic can and has negatively impacted employees as well as
organizational performance. This is supplemented by a view of how
organizations are tackling the infodemic and how business
organizations can recover from the lasting negative impacts. This
book highlights essential topics such as social media, knowledge
management, business environments, business strategies, employee
behavior, and mental health. The target audience includes but is
not limited to managers, executives, human resource development,
counselors, analysts, business organizations, practitioners,
researchers, academicians, and students who are interested in the
impacts of the infodemic on businesses and their employees and the
relevant strategies to combat the effects.
Migration is not a new phenomenon; it has a centuries-long history
since the world's population has been characterized by the desire
to relocate not only from one country to another, but from one
continent to another as well. However, there is a significant
difference between the migrations of the past and the current one.
Today's migration is complicated by the strong emotional reaction
and hostile attitude from society. The study of migration processes
needs interdisciplinary approaches. Interdisciplinary Approaches to
the Regulation of the Modern Global Migration and Economic Crisis
presents emerging research and case studies on global migration in
the modern world. Through interdisciplinary approaches, it further
showcases the current challenges and approaches in regulation.
Covering topics such as forced migration, human trafficking, and
national identity, this premier reference source is an excellent
resource for migration specialists, government officials,
politicians, sociologists, economists, students and educators of
higher education, researchers, and academicians.
Business tourism is a newly coined terminology in social sciences
and management literature. It is defined as individuals traveling
and staying outside of their hometowns for not more than one
successive year for the purpose of enjoyment and other drives
(e.g., learning and business activities). Key business tourism
activities include attending a variety of meetings, conferences,
and workshops as well as exhibitions. Understanding the negative
and positive aspects of business tourism is essential to promoting
employee learning and knowledge transfer skills. Accelerating

Branding and human capital are considered a firm's most important
assets, and the development of these intangible assets is a
particularly challenging and important management task for human
resource managers and marketers. Employee-based brand equity is a
key advantage for the organization and an important part of the
brand-based evaluation. To develop an effective and strong
employee-based brand equity, firms need to focus on the perceptions
of employees and promote positive attitudes about affiliation with
the firm. Antecedents and Outcomes of Employee-Based Brand Equity
explores the antecedents and consequences of employee-based brand
equity from different perspectives and different artifacts of
employee-based brand equity. This book highlights the importance of
brand equity from a human resource management perspective. It
further highlights the ways in which brand equity can be fruitful
in understanding and learning different theories and concepts with
the interaction of different industries and culture. Covering
topics such as employee retention, psychological capital, and brand
experience, this premier reference source is an indispensable

The social security of a person in the modern world can only be
ensured by a purposeful policy and actions of the state and society
aimed at achieving it. This requires favorable socio-economic
conditions and creating an effective personal security system
protecting property and citizens. Human social security can be
threatened by phenomena and processes that lead to drastic changes
in the life of society and dangerous deformations that entail
severe social consequences for the individual, social groups, and
institutions. Regulating Human Rights, Social Security, and
Socio-Economic Structures in a Global Perspective discusses the
global regulation of human rights, social security, and
socio-economic structures in an era of acute challenges and crises.
It presents comprehensive research on political structures and the
conflicts within causing challenges to individual identity and
insecurity. Covering topics such as legal-socio studies, digital
authoritarianism, and regional security, this premier reference
source is an essential resource for government officials,
politicians, geopolitical experts, economists, non-profit
organizations, human rights advocates, libraries, students,
researchers, and academicians.
Ethno-confessional, ethnopolitical, racial, and religious wars are
the variations of a social crisis, manifested in the form of a
conflict between individual strata of the population or a group of
people and the state. Such conflicts are based on cultural and
religious differences, according to which each person determines
his/her position in society according to several features based on
traditional and religious values. The number, role, and importance
of ethnopolitical and ethnoconfessional crises in the modern world
is experiencing many fluctuations, such as globalization, the
transition from the practice of world conflicts to regional, a
sharp increase in the availability of information, in most cases
the disinformation or illiteracy, and manipulations form the
certain interested circles, and more. Such kind conflicts tend to
the manipulation of public consciousness, which leads to the social
disintegration of and hinders the harmonious development of the
country and threatens national security. The problem of religious
and ethnic conflicts in the modern world needs a more complex
approach since these conflicts affect many countries and the
resolution of conflicts, based on religious and ethnic
contradictions, is a tough and time-consuming process. Under
certain conditions, a religious conflict becomes a form of
expression of class, estate, interethnic contradictions, and the
confrontation of states. Today, religion and ethnicity influence
various social strata and groups, which makes the issue relevant to
study the processes occurring directly in the religious
environment, as well as to analyze their relationship with the
state and society. This book explores civil position and identity,
conflict preconditions, the start of conflict, and its development,
the ways in which to avoid conflict or find solutions, the
consequences of such conflicts, and the ways to avoid xenophobia
and discrimination to create a solid base for ethnic and religious
integration. This book critically explores social injustice,
hostility, and inequality towards religious and ethnic groups and
the overall impacts for economic, political, or national interests
and ethic or class-based clashes that result from it.
This book outlines the essential knowledge required for the
management of critically ill and severely injured children. It is
designed to facilitate successful completion of the Pediatric
Emergency Medicine Board Examination of the American Board of
Pediatrics (ABP). Each chapter follows a Question & Answer
format, covering major areas in pediatrics such as cardiology,
dermatology, nephrology, surgery and trauma. The book concludes
with a comprehensive practice test, allowing it to function as a
well-rounded reference and study guide. Prepare for the Pediatric
Emergency Medicine Board Examination is an essential resource for
any clinician or trainee seeking a concise review of how to manage
critically ill and severely injured children.

Arabitol is a five-carbon polyol, it is produced by osmophilic
yeast species. It has been studied extensively, that accumulation
of arabitol in cell takes place under stress conditions in yeast
and other fungal species suggesting it protects cell from drought
and salinity stress. In yeast, arabitol dehydrogenase found
responsible for the production of arabitol from
ribulose-5-phosphate. All plants synthesize ribulose-5-phosphate
via pentose pathway in chloroplasts. The result of this study
suggests that this gene could be expressed in crop plants to
withstand abiotic stresses.
The rapid increase in world's energy use is one of the main
concerns of today's world. This energy use has high environmental
impacts such as depletion of ozone layer, global warming, climate
change etc. This research has taken a step forward towards solving
these problems. This research focuses on developing a control
strategy for an open plan office building located in Glasgow
(Scotland). The building has been investigated using a dynamic
thermal simulation tool known as Integrated Environmental Solution
(IES). Different simulations were performed to get an optimum
control strategy for hybrid ventilation system. The criteria that
was used to select best control strategy was based on CIBSE
overheating criterion. Based on this criterion a better control
strategy was evaluated for hybrid ventilation system.
Shorttitle: Fodder or animal feed is any agricultural foodstuff
used specifically to feed domesticated livestock such as cattle,
goats, sheep, horses, chickens and pigs. Most animal feed is from
plants but some is of animal origin. "Fodder" refers particularly
to food given to the animals (including plants cut and carried to
them), rather than that which they forage for themselves (see
forage). It includes hay, straw, silage, compressed and pelleted
feeds, oils and mixed rations, and also sprouted grains and
legumes.Forage is plant material (mainly plant leaves and stems)
eaten by grazing livestock. Historically the term forage has meant
only plants eaten by the animals directly as pasture, crop residue,
or immature cereal crops, but it is also used more loosely to
include similar plants cut for fodder and carried to the animals,
especially as hay or silage. While the term forage has a broad
definition, the term forage crop is used to define crops, annual or
biennal, which are grown to be utilized by grazing or harvesting as
a whole crop

A pulse (Latin "puls," from Greek " " - poltos, "porridge") is an
annual leguminous crop yielding from one to twelve seeds of
variable size, shape, and color within a pod. Pulses are used for
food and animal feed. The term "pulse," as used by the Food and
Agricultural Organization (FAO), is reserved for crops harvested
solely for the dry seed. This excludes green beans and green peas,
which are considered vegetable crops. Also excluded are crops that
are mainly grown for oil extraction (oilseeds like soybeans and
peanuts), and crops which are used exclusively for sowing (clovers,
alfalfa). However, in common use these distinctions are not clearly
made, and many of the varieties so classified and are also used as
vegetables, with their beans in pods while young cooked in whole
cuisines and sold for the purpose; for example black eyed beans,
lima beans and Toor or pigeon peas are thus eaten as fresh green
beans cooked as part of a meal. Pulses are important food crops due
to their ability to fix nitrogen. Just like words such as "bean"
and "lentil," the word "pulse" may also refer to just the seed,
rather than the entire plant.
Lighter and stiffer structural construction is required for space
rockets than those used in aviation. A reduction of only 1 Kg in
the weight of a rocket intended for a flight to Mars and back
results in saving 2 tons of propellant. At present, sandwich
technology is extensively used in Aeronautics and Aerospace fields.
Sandwich panels with thin composite face sheets are used due to
their ability to produce structures with high stiffness to weight
and strength to weight ratios. In this research, Finite Element
(FE) model is generated for a particular test configuration of
honeycomb sandwich structure with metallic (Aluminium) skins. In
this modelling effort, the specimen is modelled in such a way to
simulate and analyze in a true sense. Stability and non linear
analysis is carried out using FEA software SAMCEF. With geometric
and material nonlinearity, the results are then compared with the
experimental ones. Force displacement curves acquired from FEA and
3point bending test seem good enough for comparison.
