For a very long time, Kant’s Doctrine of Right languished in relative neglect, even among those who wanted to defend a Kantian position in political philosophy. Kant’s more interesting claims about politics were often said to be located elsewhere. En segundo lugar, los trabajos dibujan los ejes de lo que los editores hemos decidido calificar --en un guino weberiano-- el ethos del republicanismo cosmopolita kantiano, para el que sirven precisamente de orientacion aparentes zonas vulnerables de la sistematicidad juridico-politica, como es el caso de la falibilidad moral, el conflicto factico de intereses entre sujetos y la exigencia de generar instituciones justas que permitan garantizar un futuro sostenible.
