This is the Elmer Earnest King family tree information complete
with photos, birthdates and dates of death (when applicable).
Descendants of Mr. King will find this book to be of particular
interest for inclusion in their personal libraries.
THIS BOOK is an accounting of the reconnoitering's of "The Wanderin
Man," a fictional character one might consider to be the alter ego
of the author. He hasn't owned an automobile in years. His only
mode of transportation is a magnificently maintained classic Harley
Davidson. He does a considerable amount of gambling, might smoke a
bone now and again and it's a dead certainty that he drinks on a
regular basis. It's also quite possible that he sleeps around a
mite, but he has a true love, he just doesn't know it yet. She
knows, but she's too wise to the ways of the world to share that
information with him. And so, he continues to live his life as she
continues to martyr herself. One day, maybe they will both wake up
to the realization of the depth of their love for one another, but
today...... is not that day.
This is a book of 126 humorous, patriotic, romantic and remorseful
poems covering the entirety of everyday happenings in life. Think
of them as being mostly nice, but in a few cases naughty, hence the
title NICE & NAUGHTY. The 12 naughty poems are all included
within one chapter titled ADULTS ONLY. There is another chapter
including 17 poems, titled PARENTAL GUIDANCE which might be
considered slightly off color. The rest of the book is reasonably
"clean" and should not be offensive to a majority of the public.
This book details the extraordinary uses of many ordinary household
products found in any home. It is destined to become the "Master"
of hints books and will likely become a staple of the American
home. It comes highly recommended as an ALL OCCASIONS gift choice.
This is the first in a series of books containing helpful household
hints using common products in uncommon ways. This book contains
hints using products that begin with the letters A and B. Future
books will contain hints through the letter Z. The entire series
will be indispensable around the home and will make the perfect
gift for all occasions.
The BOOK of DICK contains roughly 200 short and to the point
sayings or "idioms" which the author refers to as "DICK-IDIOMS."
They are interesting original quotes of the author, gleaned from
his many years of jotting down little bits of wisdom from his daily
encounters. DICK-IDIOMS can be humorous, solemn, enlightening or
instructive and many straddle those lines, however they are always
intended to be of an entertaining and educational nature. A few
examples would be DICK-IDIOM #189 LIFE'S TRUTH - REALITY - "Money
buys classy things, but class ain't one of em." OR DICK-IDIOM #174
LIFE'S LESSONS - A TOAST - "May you never face the dire need... to
cross a bridge you've already burned." OR DICK-IDIOM #142
PHILOSOPHY - LIFE'S PLEASURES - "Too much talk, spoils a good
walk." OR DICK-IDIOM #140 MILITARY SERVICE - BASIC TRAINING - "The
relevance of today's accomplishment shall validate the essence of
yesterday's preparations."
This is the second in a series of books containing helpful
household hints using common products in uncommon ways. This book
contains hints using beer and beer by-products. Volume One
contained hints using products starting with the letter A and B.
Future books will contain hints through the letter Z. The entire
series will be indispensable around the home and will make the
perfect gift for all occasions....
The intent of this book is to stimulate more patriotism among the
American public. It is hoped that it will encourage more Americans
to not only stand when their National Anthem is played, but
joyfaully sing along. The book contains numberous patriotic poems
and articles by a number of different Americans. Some were written
during a tour of duty while serving their country and others while
tending the home fires during the time their loved ones were off
doing the bidding of Uncle Sam.
