When the pair are ordered to take down a local drug baron, the two cops' wildly contrasting styles - and mutual hatred - soon threaten to derail their mission. But as the weeks pass, a grudging admiration for each others' methods brings about a thawing in hostilities, as the ill-starred crimefighters turn out to be a force to be reckoned with.

But the only way home may be to go further out into the terrifying expanse of space.
