Application:

PRODUCT USES:

•For all roof types/structures including:
•Fibre cement roof sheets
•Cement roof tiles
•Chromadek
•Zinc Alum and AluZinc
•Exterior trims such as facias, gutters, window sills and cement garden pots

APPLICATION:
•Always Mix POWR Rubber Seal well before use.
•Make sure all substrates are completely clean, sound, dry, and free from any laitance (a white film that forms on the surface of drying concrete), fungus, grease, oil, or loose and flaking particles.
•Do not dilute POWR Rubber Seal (application ready)
•Apply two coats by brush or roller
•A third coat is recommended for coastal areas.
•Determined by the condition, allow approximately an hour drying time between coats.
•Touch dry time is approximately 2 hours in hot dry conditions (25°C)


POWR WATERPROOFING MEMBRANE APPLICATION:
•Apply a generous coat of POWR Rubber Seal.
•Press membrane into wet POWR Rubber Seal surface.
•Apply a generous coat of POWR Rubber Seal over membrane until covered and allow to dry for 90 minutes
•Apply a final coat of POWR Rubber Seal over coated surfaces.


GALVANIZED METAL ROOF SHEETING APPLICATION:
Wash all fungi-infested areas and cracks with a Fungi Wash and leave for 24 hours to react. This will kill spores and limit fungal growth. Remove all loose flaking and powdery paint or surface laitance by pressure washing. Prime all rust-affected areas ( if any ) with Triple Red Rust Converter.



NEW METAL SURFACES:
Apply one coat of Anti Corrosion Metal Primer to entire surface and allow to dry for 2-3 hours before overcoating. The area must be overcoated within 24 hours to prevent a loss in adhesion. Apply two coats of POWR Rubber Seal (0.8kg - 1kg / m2)


WEATHERED METAL SURFACES:
Apply one coat of Anti Corrosion Metal Primer to entire surface and allow 2-3 hours drying time before overcoating. The area must be overcoated within 3 days to prevent a loss in adhesion. Apply two coats of POWR Rubber Seal ( 0.8kg - 1kg / m2)


PROBLEMATIC METAL AND BITUMEN SURFACES:
An Acid Metal Etch Primer is advisable to use as a substitute for Anti Corrosion Metal Primer under the following circumstances: Where flaking of factory-coated metal sheeting is observed. Over areas that were coated with bituminous products apply Bitumen Barrier Primer.


METAL AND CHROMADECK ROOF SHEETING:
Wash all fungi-infested areas with a Fungi Wash and leave for 24 hours to react. This will kill spores and limit fungal growth. Remove all loose flaking and powdery or surface laitance by pressure washing. Prime all rust-affected areas (if any) with Triple Red Rust Converter. Scour the entire surface with a scouring pad to promote adhesion of the subsequent coatings.

•Prime all areas (full primer) and allow to dry for +- 8 hours.
•Apply two coats of POWR Rubber Seal ( 0.8kg - 1kg /m)


ASBESTOS, NUTEC ROOF SHEETING AND CEMENT TILES:
Wash all fungi-infested areas with a Fungi Wash and leave for 24 hours to react. This will kill spores and limit fungal growth. Remove all loose, flaking and powdery or surface laitance by pressure washing. Prime all rust-affected areas (if any) with Triple Red Rust Converter.
Scour the entire surface with a scouring pad to promote adhesion of the subsequent coatings.
APPLICATION:
•Apply one coat of POWR Bonding Liquid to all areas (full primer), and allow to dry for +- 8 hours.
•Apply two coats of POWR Rubber Seal ( 0.8kg - 1kg/m2)

•Coverage will vary depending on the substrates/surface porosity.
•Coverage must be between 0.8kg - 1kg / m2

POWR Bonding Liquid is a bonding agent which has been specially developed to provide a key for surfaces to be plastered with cement or gypsum plaster. Bonds to sound PVA/Acrylic surfaces. This product is easy to use and it can be applied to a variety of surfaces.

USES
•Strengthens and waterproofs concrete and mortar surfaces.
•To prime previously painted and plastered surfaces.
•As a base coat before applying ceramic tiles.
•Stabilises friable and chalking surfaces before tiling.

SURFACE PREPARATION
•Remove all unsound and loose material.
•The surface must be clean & dry from excessive water.


APPLICATION
Cement Plaster
Apply (1) one coat of POWR Bonding liquid with a brush/roller, followed by a scratch coat of plaster while the product is still wet. Allow the surface to dry before applying the cement plaster.
Gypsum Plaster
Clean and prepare as described in surface preparation. Apply (1) one coat of POWR Bonding liquid and while the surface is wet, apply gypsum plaster.


Other Surfaces
Apply POWR Bonding Liquid to clean and dry surfaces for the best bonding result.


Mixing
•POWR Bonding Liquid must not be diluted.
•Shake well before use.
Area Coverage Rate
POWR Bonding Liquid will cover a surface area of approximately of 8 - 10m / litre, depending on surface porosity.

A new technology water based, high performance, solvent free LOW VOC (Volatile Organic Content), acrylic carpet adhesive with very good bond strength.

Soudal Tile Adhesive 24A 5kg is a strong, flexible, solvent-free adhesive paste, suitable for the bonding of all types of tiles onto horizontal and vertical surfaces. Can be used to bond tiles over old tile surfaces.

Applications:
For the bonding of all types of wall- and floor tiles. Tile-on-tile bonding is possible. Highly suitable for applications in humid areas (bathrooms, kitchens)
