Irwin Allen co-writes and directs this adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's fantasy adventure. When 50 kilos of heroin is stolen from the property vaults of a top security prison in Detroit, the evidence points to the officers in charge. But no one will admit anything as the heroin is worth $5m to them. Gangster Latrell Walker is determined to find the thieves as he was due to get some big money out of the deal. But he has to deal with cop Orin Boyd, who is also on the trail of the thieves. The two decide to join forces and try and find those responsible for this conspiracy.

Our hero manages to escape from the Russians and soon he is in a race to find the skull. He is joined by Mutt (Shia LaBeouf), the son of Indy's one-time love, Marion (Karen Allen). Together, the pair travel to South America, where the skull is reputed to be found. There they join forces with Marion. At the same time, the Soviet agents, led by the brilliant, ice-cold Irina Spalko (Cate Blanchett), are also hot on the trail. They have the help of Mac (Ray Winstone), Indy's one time partner - but which side is Mac really on? Also involved is Ox (John Hurt), a brilliant professor who was driven insane after being exposed to the crystal skull. Can Indy get to the prize first, or will the Soviets be able to dominate the world?

When British cartographer and scientist Jonathan Green (Jason Flemyng) travels to the wilds of the Far East in the early eighteenth century, he stumbles upon a remote village nestled in an impenetrable forest. There, he is told stories of a terrifying creature with a gaze that can pierce a man's soul, a creature known only as 'Viy'. Despite repeated warnings, the pragmatic Green sets off towards the boarded-up local church in an attempt to disprove the stories. What he finds there confounds science and imagination, revealing a horrific truth about the village and its people.

Academy Award-nominated Norwegian drama based on explorer Thor Heyerdahl's 1947 expedition in which he journeyed across the Pacific Ocean on a raft from South America to Polynesia. Heyerdahl (Pål Sverre Hagen) aims to prove his theory that the Hanau epe, an ancient Peruvian tribe, settled on the Polynesian islands 1500 years ago. To do so, he builds a raft named Kon-Tiki which resembles the type of vessel the tribe would have had the technology to make. Then, with five crew members and a parrot he sets off from Peru and takes to the ocean, despite the fact he is unable to swim or sail, to show that such a journey would have been possible even in the pre-Columbian era. During the 4300 nautical mile-voyage he and his crew encounter numerous difficulties. Will they make it safely to Polynesia and prove Heyerdahl's theory?

James Gunn directs and co-writes this Academy Award-nominated sci-fi action adventure starring Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Dave Bautista, Vin Diesel and Bradley Cooper as the Marvel Comics superhero team known as the Guardians of the Galaxy. When pilot Peter Quill aka Star-Lord (Pratt) steals a mysterious orb he finds himself the target of the villainous Ronan (Lee Pace) and his allies.
