God's own Word on a particular matter. Each booklet provides a

A book about christian living and the rehabilitation of faith.
The chapters within are non-factual accounts of factual events. I
simply present to you a possible perspective from an event that
literally occurred about two thousand years ago. I do this hoping
this book intrigues you enough to either begin, or continue in a
relationship with Christ Jesus and the study of His Word.
This book is intended as a resource for researching scriptures and
words related to peace and nonviolence.
Combining the two most popular word study tools into one manageable
volume, this multi-purpose Bible language reference contains all
the essentials you need to study the biblical text without having
to know Hebrew or Greek. Provides definition, explanation, and
concordance entries. In a manageable size and readable text, this
book is neatly split in its two components: The New Strong's
Concise Concordance: Built from The New Strong's Exhaustive
Concordance of the Bible. Groups together variant spellings of
proper names, allowing the concordance to be used with all modern
translations-not just the King James. Eliminates some common words
that are not likely to be used in searching for a particular
passage. Condenses some heavily used words by attaching to them the
most important passages, enabling the user to quickly find specific
verses. Vine's Concise Dictionary of the Bible: A condensed
combination of W. E. Vine's Expository Dictionary of New Testament
Words and Nelson's Expository Dictionary of the Old Testament.
Organized alphabetically by English words that represent the key
vocabulary of biblical theology. Includes many other terms of
interpretive importance that may be rich in cultural significance
or otherwise obscure to modern readers. Each article contains the
part of speech, the transliteration, the Strong's number for easy
cross-indexing, and a concise and expository definition of the word
or term. Dependable information in a clear presentation, this
Concise edition of two classic Bible study resources is designed to
better serve the needs of the standard user-from those in or
preparing for ministry, to anyone interested in getting to know
Scripture better.

This book is written so that simple words like faith or not so
simple words like aseity are explained in plain language. Although
there are numerous dictionaries, concordances, and encyclopedias
that define theological words, phrases, and concepts, there are few
that are concise and simple. Theological Terms in Layman Language
is easy to read and designed for people who want a brief definition
for theological terms.
My Impressions of the Living Word of God are the result of writing
messages of salvation for a number of years. As I do not pay much
attention to personal opinion, I have been extremely careful to not
add or subtract any of God's Word, nor to manipulate any of its
content. My heart is heavy for the lost and my compassion is
expressed in conveying His Living Word in simple and understandable
terms. Enjoy.
The value of this book is two-fold. First, it can be used to survey
all the chapters of a given book in the Bible; and second, it can
be used as a review of a given book, bringing to mind the contents
of the chapters. For an example, in the entry under "Genesis 2"
there is "More details on Creation; God creates man, woman and
marriage." That can be used as a survey and/or a review. Also over
300 sentence quotes from the Bible and sermons under the chapter
headings are an added blessing to this volume.

The book of Daniel is a literary rich and complex story known
for its apocalyptic style. Written in both Hebrew and Aramaic, the
book begins with stories of Daniel and three Jewish young men
Hananiah (Shadrach), Mishael (Meshach), and Azariah (Abednego) who
are exiles among the remnant from Judea in Babylon in sixth century
b.c.e. It ends with Daniel's visions and dreams about the Jewish
community that offer comfort and encouragement as they endure
persecution and hope for deliverance into God's kingdom.
Newsom's commentary offers a fresh study of Daniel in its
historical context. Newsom further analyzes Daniel from literary
and theological perspectives. With her expert commentary, Newsom's
study will be the definitive commentary on Daniel for many years to
come.
