This book gathers the proceedings of the EPPM 2019 conference, and highlights innovative work by researchers and practitioners active in various industries around the globe. This book focuses on the development of communication skills in the context of non-traditional procurement and construction projects. It helps readers to understand the fundamentals of non-traditional procurement, and highlights the inherent communication challenges that arise, as well as how to solve them. Produktionskosten mit dieser Methode durchaus exakt ermittelt
werden, bleiben die aus den Projektrisiken resultierenden Kosten
unberucksichtigt. Diese werden bisher uber einen pauschalen Wagnis-
und Gewinnzuschlag nur scheinbar abgedeckt. Die nicht kalkulierten
Risikokosten sind aber oft die Ursache fur verlustreiche Projekte.
