If the reader is a strong believer in a Satan and is searching for truth, he or she will never think of Satan with the same perspective as before upon finishing this book. It draws from History and Scripture to provide harmonious answers to questions in context of God's love and purpose. That knowledge, truth, justice, righteousness are links in the symbolic chain, which binds evil as the Gospel Age metamorphoses into the Kingdom of God as willing hearts overcome fear, sorrow, guilt, greed, hate, prejudice, jealousy, etc. Evil fades from the hearts of most people as Jesus the Christ's Kingdom grows in righteousness and justice, love and mercy with willing minds creating or supporting hundreds of financial, mental, medical, physical and religious activities that counter evils plaguing mankind and improves the wellness of all. Evil; Apostle John calls it Satan, Devil, Serpent, Dragon, conceived in the minds of men, has brought neighbor against neighbor, nation against nation and religion against religion, but now evil is being bound as the Kingdom of Jesus the Christ slowly envelopes the earth.
This book is comprised of a compendium of motivational essays that are intended to stimulate the mind and stir the heart toward sensing the magnificence of the Almighty Lord, Allah (Glory be to Him, the Most High), as also to experience the beauty and wisdom of Islam, and to imbibe the principles and precepts of life taught by Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him). The style of these discourses is generally intended to educate both Muslims and non-Muslims on the spirit and values of Islam, and on recognizing humanity and human attributes within oneself, as well as to share Islamic ethics, morality, philosophies, and principles so as to promote the understanding of Islam and to illuminate the purpose of life. Each essay is motivated by several particularly insightful verses from the Qur'an and traditions and sayings of the Prophet, which in themselves are enlightening to read and reflect upon.
Upon moving to Minnesota and living next to an Amish community, I was intrigued to learn about Amish life. That moment came, when I was working in my garden one Sunday. A brother and sister of the nearby Amish family decided to come over and talk to me while they went for a walk. I was flattered to get to know some of the family. My husband came out to greet them as well. I knew in my heart that I was going to be a part of this moving, beautiful story of which this was only the beginning. I, being a patient soul, was prepared to get to know, learn, offer help, and advise, if they asked of me, or when I thought they needed to know something. I only wanted to help them, especially a young Amish woman, succeed in their way of life. All human emotions from sad, happy, indifferent, and outright hilarious, at times, are evident. There is an element of suspense in the story. Shortly after, it was time to end and put down my pen.
The Harlot Demon Unveiled is a stunning revelation of the harlot spirit, a principality of the forces of darkness; revealed as the death angel, the spirit of the great whore of Revelation 17,18, & 19 I believe I have been divinely chosen in this last hour to manifest and declare the name of the Sovereign Yahweh and his son Yahshua. To declare that Yahweh rules in all heaven and earth; that He still relates to mankind and whosoever will seek him with all their heart, He will reveal to them the mysteries of the gospel (an abundance of truth). To reveal the hidden force and agenda of Satan the enemy of or souls, and the evil spirits that are influencing our loved ones to murder, commit suicide, and all types of hateful crimes against each other. The word of Yahweh warns us not to be ignorant of Satan's devices "lest he get an advantage over us." (see, II Corinthians 2:11) Yahweh declares that His people are destroyed for the lack of knowledge. (see, Hosea 4:6) (Proverbs 7:24-27) Harken unto Me now therefore o ye children and attend to the words of my mouth. Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray on her paths. For she has cast down many wounded; Yea, many strong men have been slain by her. (The harlot demon) Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death. My earnest desire is that through the revelation of the Holy Scripture and the disclosure of some if my personal experiences the reader will be transformed by the wealth of knowledge and truth. Yahweh sent his word and healed them and delivered them from all their destructions. (see. Psalms 107:20)

Alexandria Hodgeman represents a composite of many people I have known, Catholic and non-Catholic, senior citizens and middle-aged. Her search for definition--for the meaning of her life--I intend as the type of search anyone ought to be pursuing, especially someone who is eighty-nine years old. Her wisdom is the concomitant of her advanced years. However, I doubt that she would permit me or anyone else to call her old. Despite the challenges of advanced years, she still thinks like a young person, remaining optimistic while searching for answers. Alexandria's life has been lived in service to others, despite her lack of total awareness of this. She would modestly protest against anyone offering her thanks or recognition, deserved though they are. Although certainly not a model, Alexandria is intended as a positive example of what one person can do, what one person can accomplish for others while simultaneously serving her God.
Bettina E. Schmidt explores experiences usually labelled as spirit possession, a highly contested and challenged term, using extensive ethnographic research conducted in Sao Paulo, the largest city in Brazil and home to a range of religions which practice spirit possession. The book is enriched by excerpts from interviews with people about their experiences. It focuses on spirit possession in Afro-Brazilian religions and spiritism, as well as discussing the notion of exorcism in Charismatic Christian communities. Spirits and Trance in Brazil: An Anthropology of Religious Experience is divided into three sections which present the three main areas in the study of spirit possession. The first section looks at the social dimension of spirit possession, in particular gender roles associated with spirit possession in Brazil and racial stratification of the communities. It shows how gender roles and racial composition have adapted alongside changes in society in the last 100 years. The second section focuses on the way people interpret their practice. It shows that the interpretations of this practice depend on the human relationship to the possessing entities. The third section explores a relatively new field of research, the Western discourse of mind/body dualism and the wide field of cognition and embodiment. All sections together confirm the significance of discussing spirit possession within a wider framework that embraces physical elements as well as cultural and social ones. Bringing together sociological, anthropological, phenomenological and religious studies approaches, this book offers a new perspective on the study of spirit possession.

Paul wrote his letter to the Colossians with the purpose of strengthening the Christians against the false teaching that was infiltrating their church. The precise nature of the problem in Colossae is not known for certain, but the letter itself makes it clear that there were two main influences at work, namely: religious legalism and human philosophy. By their very nature, they threatened to undermine the faith of the believers by substituting human effort or human wisdom for the Lordship of Jesus Christ. Legalism in the church is a system whereby an attempt is made to please God by adherence to rules and regulations. This appeals to the fallen nature of man as being more reasonable, more appealing, than the acceptance of God's grace. Philosophy, on the other hand, amounts to human wisdom which disregards the divine will and gives human logic higher importance than God's Word. Both systems glorify man and place the focus of attention on human sufficiency. The truth is that any system which teaches independence from God, however good or intelligent it may appear to be, is counterfeit. "Exploring Colossians" is a verse-by-verse commentary on this famous letter. It seeks to explain Paul's teaching in a way that anyone can understand. It avoids technical or obscure arguments and focuses on the devotional nature of the book, with the purpose of encouraging and strengthening readers in their faith. Colossians, more than most New Testament letters, reveals the sovereignty of Christ, and readers of the commentary are gently led to see the importance of this in their daily lives.
The Gospel Train left the station long, long ago filled with believers traveling on a straight, resolute track toward an eternal, spiritual paradise. But along the way, different cars of believers were switched off the main track and are now traveling in a somewhat different direction. Even though they are now following many different sets of rails, they all believe they are on the only true path that will take them to their desired destination. This book reveals the ways in which different religions deviated from a common trunk into contrary, discordant branches that are now essentially at war with one another. The book focuses on what Christian Bibles actually say instead of what believers are told they say. It gives an accurate account of religious history from verifiable documents that are both ancient and up-to-date records from many different sources. The most tantalizing revelation is the nature of God as stated directly from Christian Bibles. Readers are encouraged to use their own Bibles to verify all references to scripture. Both chapter and verse are supplied for reference purposes. After reading this book, you will never again feel exactly the same way about your religion.
A GILDED WALK: ON AND OFF THE ROAD TO PARADISE is about a journey, your journey as well as the author's. It's called LIFE. And since our actions determine how the journey proceeds and how it ends, it's worth some planning. The author explains how he handled the curves and the high-speed roads and bumps along the way. It is basically a matter of power: God's power to help you grow in the Christian faith and to help others follow that path. As your reading progresses, you will learn about: the Lord's guidance from childhood the many side roads that can detour life how God wants to travel with you how being saved isn't optional how this is just the first step of the journey the depth of journeys in the kingdom the Holy Spirit as tour director Thankfully, our Lord is not only forgiving, but died that we all might live. Think of how Christ forgave Peter for his lack of trust and forgave Paul for persecuting Christians. Therefore, this is the story of a life not always on the path, but always being led back to the straight road toward Him.
My Wingmen is a true account of my journey with angels. They entered my world during a period of inner reflection as I researched personal growth during a challenging life transition. The books I was drawn to came alive as I read about alternate realities and spiritual concepts. I witnessed these realities as my home became a stomping ground for angels and spirit guides, where I enjoyed their appearances and intervention. They showed me how to interpret and discern the lighter side of the earth realm, and they gave me examples of what clear expanded believing could accomplish. As I began to openly talk about prayer, my psychic senses began to blossom. I was embraced by two angels, and they offered me healing along with their companionship. They have become my teachers, and they have helped me connect with truths beyond my wildest dreams. It was in expanded thought that I was able to grasp a world that is clearer to me now, as this present-day drama fades to black. I have opened my arms to an enlightened world, because where there is love, there is no room for fear. Meet my wingmen, Archangel Michael and Archangel Raphael.
"FOLLOWING THE LIGHT" is a guide in practical theology. Theology pertains to the field of study and analysis that examines the God-consciousness: its attributes and relationship to the universe. Included in this book are examples of divine happenings, which establish religious truths or enlightenment. Finally, this book discusses how "FOLLOWING THE LIGHT" can help enrich our understanding of Theology as it applies to our daily lives. "FOLLOWING THE LIGHT" describes how everything we do or experience is intertwined and affects our personal development. It discusses how metaphysics, psychology, physics, paranormal activity, and parapsychology interact with each other as they relates to our Divine-essence, or Spirit, from its beginning through completion. Further, we examine some common beliefs and misconceptions as they relate to modern scientific studies that follow metaphysical principles and practices. The author has included some of his personal experiences as examples. Rev. Klaman had been meditating, praying, and studying --with a burning desire for the answers to his questions: Who or what is God? Why are we here? Moreover, how do Jesus, Moses, the Bible, parapsychology, paranormal activity, and science fit into this puzzle? He devoted his life to finding the answers, but little did he know he was about to receive them in a big way More than ever before, people today are asking important questions about theology that need and deserve answers. Identifying and answering those questions is the purpose of this book. This book provides the reader an opportunity to receive the benefit of learning the truth about God and our purpose in life, including how science, the paranormal, and other pieces of the puzzle all fit together. You will learn that this life is your creation; enjoy it while "FOLLOWING THE LIGHT"
I wonder what the Samaritan woman who met Jesus at Jacob's Well was like. What were the circumstances that led to her being there, drawing water in the heat of the day? The New Testament does not give us much background on the people involved in some of the familiar stories. This book brings those characters to life by letting the reader imagine what their life might have been like. Consider Joseph as a man wondering how he got himself into a situation where he and his pregnant wife were traveling to Bethlehem. What happened at the birth of Jesus from the perspective of another guest in the Inn? Did the jailer in Philippi have a son? If he did, how might he have viewed the events that happened while Paul was a prisoner? A Centurion had a servant who was ill. What was the relationship between the Centurion and the servant? How did the Centurion happen to get sent to Galilee? These stories take New Testament stories as a starting place and consider a different possibility. They will challenge you to think again about the people who might have met Jesus in person.
God, what's it all about? How often have you heard these exact words? How many people ask that question? What is it that they are asking? Why are they asking such a question of God? When do they ask these questions? Most importantly, how do we get our answers to what it is all about? These answers, just like all of the answers in the universe, come from God's will. This is why we always confirm with God, "God, your will, not mine be done " God loves us more than we could ever understand. That's why deep in our soul, we know God's will will be the driving force for our success here on Earth, but most importantly in heaven. With God's help, you will create an ongoing relationship with the Holy Spirit's message. Once you accept God's Word and you listen openly to it, you will only need to listen, and you will hear what God is saying to you.
