The pigments will recharge themselves an infinite number of times and will last indefinitely. The pigments absorb radiant U.V energy from sunlight (or indoor lighting) and convert it into longer wavelengths in the visible spectrum, thereby emitting it as light with the sensation of colours. By day the pigment is a pale straw-coloured substance. When mixed in a ratio of 10-20% with a binder it becomes invisible and will not affect the optical clarity of your coating. How do I use Eli-Glow Pigment Powder? Mix the powder into any non-waterbased binder (Eli Glow TotalCast Resin., PVA glues, clear varnishes, acrylic paints, oil paints, enamel paints, solvent-based paints, concrete sealers, inks etc.) The binder needs to be clear/transparent or light in colour so as to allow the passage of U.V light to activate the Eli-Glow crystals. Mix 10-20% powder into your binder to achieve a general glow colour across the finished article. Alternatively the powder can be sprinkled/scattered in some areas to highlight in a line, spot or even trace a curved section.
Cell-Base is used just like a regular pigment which you mix into your resin, the only difference is that you use it as your base colour. For best results you need to work at a steady pace with no pauses between steps, once you pour your base layer the pigment starts losing reactivity so don’t wait too long before adding your top colours. As soon as your top colours are down it’s time to swipe! We found that a thin top layer and a light touch to the swipe works best, adding heat will help more cells to form. You can also pour your regular colours over the base layer in a dirty pour technique, don’t mix too much in your resin as it is very concentrated and goes a long way. This product was developed in conjunction with MasterCast 1-2-1 clear artwork resin, however other brands of resins will also work but bear in mind that results may vary due to other brands having a different viscosity, density and curing schedule. Paste pigments performed better in our testing compared to acrylic paints, inks or powder pigments. Metallic pigments did not perform well with Cell-Base. Cell-Base can be used as a regular pigment and in a “dirty pour“. Just remember to swipe or torch lightly to help the cells emerge. Cell-Base is suitable for use on most surfaces, including canvas, wood, MDF, glass, perspex, concrete and metal.
Fantasy Prisme are opaque, Alkyd oil-based colours that dry to reveal a stunning honeycomb effect and a pearlescent finish. The effect will become visible as the paint dries over the course of 5 to 10 minutes. There are 28 colours available, all with a good lightfastness.Fantasy Prisme colours are ready-to-use and mixable with each other and other paint ranges, such as Vitrail, Ceramic, Cerne Relief, Studio Acrylics and Gédéo resins. This provides a the opportunity to experiment widely on flat horizontal surfaces.

It is easy to use because it cures at room temperatures and is self-levelling. The resin is non-flammable, odour-free and has no solvent content. It is also free of volatile organic compounds (VOCs), is non-toxic and has non-yellowing properties. It is for use on all art surfaces including canvas, wood, MDF and photographs, and can be used over acrylic, oil, watercolour and enamel paint. This kit consists of 1kg of each component (Resin & Hardener). The Mixing Ratio is 1 : 1 Please note, the mixing ratio must be accurately followed. It is not possible to change the ratio. This would adversely affect the mechanical properties of the resin and would lead to it not drying properly. The mixture should be thoroughly stirred (mix for 3-4 mins) to ensure full homogeneity. Polymer systems tend to heat up much faster in a pot than as a thin film. Therefore mix only the necessary amount usable within the given pot life.
Resi-METAL pre-polymer metallic pigments are solvent-free colour additives which can be used to colour most polymer resin systems (Epoxy, Polyester and Polyurethane) used within the arts, crafts, flooring and coating industries. Resi-METAL will crosslink with polymer binding resins.
Resi-TINT MAX is a range of high quality pre-polymer pigments. The heavy body paste consistency provides a rich colour effect with rapid and uniform dispersion into clear polymer resins.

These colours offer excellent permanency and lightfastness. There are no fillers, extenders, opacifiers, toners, or dyes added, and they have an exceptionally smooth, thick buttery consistency.
Top quality alpha plaster. Due to its exceptional hardness, after drying, it can be compared to polyester resins. Recommended for moulding objects that require fineness strength and whiteness. For professional adults. -Extra Hard -Very White -Very Fine -No lumps, limits the appearance of bubbles. Mixing advice: 3 parts powder to 1 part water. Beginning of setting: 8 minutes End of setting: 15 minutes Demoulding: recommended after 30 minutes The preparation of plaster: Pour water into a large container. Spread the plaster on the surface of the water. Allow the plaster to absorb the water for 1-2 minutes without mixing. Then stir gently and allow air bubbles to rise to the surface. Never add water after the mixing. Slowly pour the plaster along the side of the mould. For complex shapes, empty and start again.

Made from tiny particles of mica, mica powders provide a pearly, metallic look without metal. Mica powders are non-toxic and color fast, with a neutral pH, and though you wouldn't want to purposefully inhale them, they are less dangerous than metal pulvers. Available in a wide array of colors, mica powders have numerous uses for polymer clay artists as well as those who work in other media. They can be applied dry to the surface of raw clay, mixed into raw clay, painted onto raw or cured clay (though most will have to be mixed into a moist medium, first), and so on. Most surface applications will need a coat of polymer clay-friendly finish to prevent the powders from gradually rubbing off.
