The Tarot Spellbook is a journey through the 78 cards of the Rider-Waite-Smith deck, providing a unique spell that corresponds with each card. Connecting with the 78 cards of the tarot in a meaningful way can be overwhelming, which can lead to scouring reference books and memorizing meanings rather than actually using the cards themselves. The Tarot Spellbook gives you a fun way to learn the cards-and a practical way to work with them beyond divination and reading. Each of the 78 spells in The Tarot Spellbook is categorized into one of eight popular spell categories:self, change, love, money, career, wellness, protection, and home. Because the lessons taught by tarot cards are those that apply to all aspects of life, from karmic soul lessons to the smaller daily events, the spells in The Tarot Spellbook cover everything you need for a variety of common life situations. Looking to manifest your desires? See the Magician card and spell. Need to find clarity? Work with the Moon card and spell to dispel illusion. Each entry outlines the card's overall meaning, and provides 2-3 journal questions to aid in introspection, reflection, and further connection to the tarot card. Each spell connects to a dominant theme of the card, helping you connect to the card on a personal level, and furthering your knowledge of witchcraft. From candle magick, to spell jars, to ritual baths, and more, The Tarot Spellbook utilizes spellwork of all kinds to truly aid you in expanding your magickal practice on all fronts.

Find precise answers to your urgent questions-The Big Book of Tarot Meanings takes you beyond typical, generic card meanings by breaking each card down into eight interpretation categories. Interpreting card meanings is the most exciting aspect of reading tarot. However, it is also the most challenging, especially if you are new to the art. For example, basic tarot interpretation would have you understand that The Lovers card has to do with relationships-but what if your question had to do with career or health? How are you left to interpret the meaning? The Big Book of Tarot Meanings solves these dilemmas by breaking down each card into the eight most-queried categories, starting with Beginnings and ending with Outcome, with a meaning for each category, upright and reversed. No longer will you have to vaguely extrapolate meaning and insight for diverse questions from the same generic description often given in other beginner tarot books. In addition to providing fine-tuned interpretations, The Big Book of Tarot Meaningssolves a second common question that comes with a tarot reading-How do I apply this knowledge to my everyday life?-by giving you an action item for each meaning, upright and reversed. A summary of what this comprehensive tarot meaning book offers: A welcoming introduction to the basics of tarot and instructions for using the book Meanings for all 78 cards of the Major and Minor Arcana, with the various interpretations for each card organized into eight categories-Beginnings, Career, Money, Love, Friends & Family, Health, Higher Guidance, and Outcome-both upright and reversed An action item for every meaning, upright and reversed, to give you clear tools to work with and steps to take to move forward in the most aligned way With The Big Book of Tarot Meanings, you'll never struggle again to know how the cards are answering you.

The occult classic study of the tarot and as a key to all Western mystery traditions. Used for many years by students of the occult for study of the tarot and as a key to all Western mystery traditions, The Book of Thoth is on the short list of must-have textbooks for modern students of the tarot and esoteric studies. “The Tarot is a pictorial representation of the Forces of Nature as conceived by the Ancients according to a conventional symbolism. At first sight one would suppose this arrangement to be arbitrary, but it is not. It is necessitated by the structure of the universe, and in particular of the Solar System, as symbolized by the Holy Qabalah.”—Aleister Crowley The Thoth Tarot Deck (or “Crowley Deck” as it is more widely known) is one of the most popular decks in current use. It is also one of the most original interpretations of the tarot, incorporating astrological, numerological, and Qabalistic symbolism. The Thoth Tarot codifies a wealth of wisdom and traditional lore in a suite of 78 miniature paintings of deceptive simplicity.
This entertaining modern twist to the classic tarot combines authenticity with a feline sense of humor in a complete deck for experienced and new readers alike, including 78 tarot cards and a guidebook on how to get the most out of the cat's wisdom.
GYPSY RICKWOOD'S FORTUNE TELLING BOOK. By Gypsy Rickwood. This intriguing book on the mystic art of fortune telling was first published in the 1920s, and is very scarce in its first edition. OBSCURE BOOKS PRESS has now re-published it using the original text. Gypsy Rickwood wrote this book "for the English speaking public in the hope that would give good counsel to many, and some amusement to those who regard it simply as a game." His method is a very old one, practiced by wandering tribes of gypsies long before it was ever set down roughly on paper, and the answers to the questions have been slightly modernized by the original translator. One hundred and twenty five pages are divided into the fifty four questions which a fortune teller is most likely to be asked. These are almost always on four main subjects: - Concerning Life. - Concerning Love. - Concerning Chance. - The Last Lap. (Old age and the distant Future.) The gypsy's reply depends upon a turn of the card, with some 3000 answers listed in the book. The author emphasises that the accuracy of the answers depends largely on the sincerity of the questioner. If questions of an unsuitable nature are asked, the answers should be given in the same frivolous vein This is a most entertaining little book which will prove both a source of amusement to some and thought provoking to others. "From the truth to a lie is but a hands-breadth." Romany Proverb.
