"Getting clear direction from the ancient book of wisdom" --Cover.

energy healing. The book reveals the ancient secrets of healing and

In this user-friendly interpretation of the I Ching, Michael Drake
presents drumming as a revolutionary way to approach the ancient
Chinese oracle. A synthesis of shamanic drum ways and Taoist
philosophy, I Ching: The Tao of Drumming provides for the first
time the rhythmic structure of the 64 hexagrams or potential human
situations. Drum patterns derived from the hexagram images render
the essence of each archetype of experience into sound, giving it
physical, mental, and spiritual impulse. Through the natural law of
resonance, the drummer then embodies the qualities and attributes
necessary to effect change or harmonize with change in any given
situation. With clear and practical explanations of each of the 64
hexagrams along with useful exercises and illustrations, the author
demonstrates how drumming these simple rhythm archetypes brings the
essential self into accord with the pattern or way of cyclical
change, and that way is known as Tao.
Blofeld compiled this 1963 translation of the Book of Changes (Yi
Jing) intending to present primarily the divinatory aspects of the
I Ching in the notes and explanatory chapters. In his efforts he
had the assistance of several learned native Chinese I Ching
scholars. As useful as it is informative, the book includes not
only the text and commentaries for all 64 hexagrams (with changing
lines), but as well the background of the Book of Change, its
symbolical basis, method of divination and guide to interpretation;
and a variety of tables and diagrams for assisting interpretation.
A revised edition of the definitive translation of the world's most
important book of divination
- The first English translation from within the tradition by a
Chinese Taoist Master
- Includes translations of the Ten Wings--the commentaries by
Confucius essential to the I Ching's insights
Translated by the eminent Taoist Master Alfred Huang, "The Complete
I Ching" has been praised by scholars and new students of the I
Ching since its first edition. A native Chinese speaker, Master
Huang first translated the original ideograms of the I Ching into
contemporary Chinese and then into English, bringing forth the
intuitive meanings embodied in the images of the I Ching and
imbuing his translation with an accuracy and authenticity not
possible in other English translations. However, what makes his
translation truly definitive is his return to prominence of the Ten
Wings, the commentaries by Confucius that are essential to the I
Ching's insights.
This 10th anniversary edition offers a thorough introduction to the
history of the I Ching, how to use it, and several new divination
methods; in-depth and easy-to-reference translations of each
hexagram name, description, and pictogram; and discussions of the
interrelations between the hexagrams and the spiritual meaning of
their sequence.
The Plum Blossom method, or known in Chinese as the 'Mei Hua Yi
Shu' is a subsystem of Yi Jing Divination. It's a more methodical
and rational form of divination precisely because the method is
rooted on the sound principles of the five elements and the
original Gua attributes, which forms the basis of Chinese
Metaphysics and Feng Shui. Now, Joey Yap presents the ultimate Plum
Blossom Divination Reference Book, which is an exhaustive and
complete reference for Yi Jing Plum Blossom practitioners and
students. The highlights of this thoroughly-researched reference
text are: Every single one of the 64 Hexagrams along with the 384
Yaos in complete and thorough detail, with all its possible
permutations; Each Yao text is provided, followed by other relevant
considerations pertaining to the Hexagram; Each Hexagram has the
possibility of six changing Yao lines, and the derivation of all
six possibilities is compiled in orderly sequence within the pages
of this book; A detailed Introduction on how to use the book and
how to make the most of the Gua explanations you derive; General
and concise explanations of each Hexagram to further help you
understand the meaning of the Hexagrams; An overall indication of
the attributes of each Hexagram, which allow you to determine the
usefulness of that particular Hexagram for a particular situation
in your life; A description of all the relevant and particular
considerations for each Hexagram; The Original Gua shown and
highlighted with its Mutual Gua for every one of the Hexagrams for
easy comparison and analysis; Ohe Original Gua shown and
highlighted with its Transformed Gua; A clear reference for the
qualities of each Gua in relation to time, indicating the usability
of each Gua depending on the Season and Day on which it is derived.
Highly-recommended for practitioners and students, this book
eliminates the need to sift through numerous books, texts, and
sources, simplifying your work. It is the only book you will need
to guide you in your Plum Blossom research, studies and practice!

When the so-called End of the World date December 21, 2012
according to the Mayan Calendar passed peacefully, it gives some
people quite a room for thinking and rethinking. What does the End
of the World mean indeed? Will a day like that come to us for the
real? If the answer is NO, then why does the Bible say that it is
for the real in black and white, that is the day when Jesus comes
the second time? If the answer is YES, then why so many people
"crying wolves" have found themselves to be wrong? This demands us
to face the music and seek the true answer. This book is published
to provide readers "another kind" of thinking for this issue so
that we have a better and deeper understanding of "the Last Days"
talked in the Bible, from the perspective of the ancient Chinese
culture. After we published Taichuan Tongs' six-book "End Time
Series" by the Christmas of the year 2011, we met a special reader
who showed such a great interest in the six books that he started
to share his feedback and inspired reflections and research for
many issues on one of our websites at 1459919.NET using the pen
name Lot Tertius. Maybe our six books had renewed his
understandings of the Bible and his wholistic view and vision of
other things outside the Bible, he contacted us and expressed his
need to reform his past understandings of "I Ching," the one
ancient Chinese writing that is considered to be the book of all
other books among Chinese speaking people. To our surprise, this
reader of our six-book "End Time Series" finished the manuscript of
this new book in only two months. The original manuscript was named
"Use the Bible to Crack Open I Ching." To be consistent with our
six books, we talked to the author and he agreed to change the name
to the current one: "Cracking the End Time Code in I Ching with the
Bible: Does the Book of Change Contain Biblical Messages?" After
reading the manuscript of this book, we found that its perspective
is unique and its flow of thoughts is sound. It shows that the
author has a deep and wide understanding of the Bible and because
of this he has a better and special understanding of the ancient
Chinese book "I Ching" from a higher level than other views, past
and present. In a sense, this book confirms an important concept in
our original six books: Because Christians establish a very
personal relationship with God through the person of Jesus, they
not only recognize all laws in God's physical creation (the
Nature), they also view God as a person who fellowship with them on
daily basis. As for non-Christians, because they do not accept God
as a person, they only see God as natural laws, governing all
things. Through the publishing of this book, we believe that you
will find the laws and principles in the Bible are not in conflict
with those hidden in I Ching, rather they agree to each other in
many ways. Based on this objective comparison between the Bible and
I Ching, we believe that all will see the open heart of the Father:
He does not want even one to perish in this world but to be saved
through the only mediator, Jesus, and to receive the better
resurrection that is appointed for everyone.
