The FORCE FITNESS HIIT Air Bike is a premium dual function HIIT bike.

The upper body is activated by the arm levers, the pedals integrate the legs / lower body through the classic pedaling movement. The dual-action system synchronizes your arm and leg movements and thus uses the entire body.

The resistance is regulated solely by air resistance, which generates the drive of the integrated rotor through the exercise movement. The higher the rotation frequency, the higher the intensity - the speed thus regulates the intensity / load level.

With this functional principle, the Force Fitness Air Bike is an extremely efficient piece of training equipment, which makes it possible to increase fitness, endurance and calorie consumption in a new dimension.

The device is made exclusively from the highest quality components, the lever arms are ball-bearing and doubly reinforced.
