This volume provides a series of in-service activities for staff
working with pupils with special educational needs to develop
record keeping practice. The activities are designed to encourage
staff to work together to develop their own formats and systems of
record keeping, whilst considering the requirements of the National
Curriculum, the Code of Practice and OFSTED. This second edition
includes both new and amended staff development activities to take
account of current issues and trends and provides different
photocopiable and adaptable record keeping examples.
