The wildlife heritage Sasol is giving South Africa

Wed, 12 Aug 2020 | Review by: Graham D.

With the declining vegetation and habitats of our precious wildlife, the eco systems that are left for wildlife and especially the birds, many species are under savage eco system failures. I have noticed in the past four years that many species of birds, have encroached into previously areas where they were never seen. There can only be one explanation for this. Their areas of habitation are being seriously affected; forcing them to find areas that are unsuitable or previously not considered habitable for that species. This marks a serious question, “Are our birds so seriously effected that they could face extinction ?” If this be the result of mans greed and excessive want, then we who are left who take our wildlife and birding seriously, must form forums of education to our youth who stand to inherit our devastation as their heritage. Sadomasochist, is one institution that enjoys massive exposure and has birding as an interest that ca sway the future in a very positive regard, especially where our birds futures are concerned; their support and contribution is incalculable.
