The Knife should not be stored wet or damp. It is recommended that you wash your Knife with warm water, mild dishwashing liquid, rinse and dry with a soft cloth. Do not use harsh abrasives to clean your Knife, as it may leave fine scratches on your Knife. Regular use of a Knife Sharpener will ensure your Knife is kept sharp.
