I am a Sports Vision practitioner in South Africa and found this book very insightful. It gives the reader a broad understanding of the various visual skills and why they are important to sport. It also provides very useful examples and exercises on how to improve those visual skills. As an Optometrist I am always trying to educate my patients on how to look after the health of their eyes. This book provided me with some great information to pass on to my patients and helped me expand my knowledge in the area of Sports Vision and the training thereof. A must read for any Optometrist, coach or athlete wanting to improve their knowledge on how to improve their visual skills, thus helping them achieve their sporting potential.
