This is a MUST read!!!!! What an eye-opener!!!! Debunks all the FALSE information and myths about nutrition we have been fed by Big Food and Big Pharma over the past 70 years!!!!! Humans should eat animals and NOT plants. Plants make humans sick because humans and plants have disparate operating systems. That is the reason why vegans and vegetarians become sicker and sicker the longer they avoid animal products. Eat meat and save humans!!!!
