Desde sempre tive especial interesse sobre produtos e tratamentos
naturais, como forma de tratar doencas sem a utilizacao de produtos
quimicos, como forma de minimizar ou mesmo eliminar os efeitos
secundarios que os medicamentos e tratamentos medicos tradicionais
trazem consigo. A curiosidade sobre os poderes da mente, sempre me
fascinou, nomeadamente como uma "ferramenta" que cada um de nos
dispoe, para o seu proprio tratamento. A hipnose clinica sempre foi
a terapia que achei a mais apropriada para conseguir "extrair" todo
o potencial que cada um de nos tem na nossa mente, quer para o
tratamento de doencas fisicas, mentais, emocionais e espirituais,
quer como um complemento da medicina tradicional, para promover uma
melhor qualidade de vida. Depois de experimentar em mim mesmo
algumas tecnicas basicas da hipnose, fiquei fascinado por esta
tecnica, tendo entao decido aprofundar os meus conhecimentos
atraves da frequencia de cursos de hipnose clinica sob supervisao
do London College of Clinical Hypnosis, de Londres - Inglaterra,
mas ministrados no Porto - Portugal. Desde 2007 ate Janeiro de
2009, frequentei e conclui com aproveitamento o Curso 'Examination
of the Internacional Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis Part I' e Parte
II, do London College of Clinical Hypnosis. Atualmente exerco a
atividade de hipnoterapeuta na vila de Satao e na cidade de Viseu -
Portugal. Desde Maio de 2011 colaboro regularmente com a Radio
Alive FM, na apresentacao da cronica "O Poder da Mente" que deu
origem a este livro e ainda de alguns programas de radio.

Biography Since I was a child, I interest in natural products and
treatments as a way to treat diseases without the use of chemicals
as a way to minimize or even eliminate the side effects that drugs
and traditional medical treatments can bring . Curiosity about the
powers of the mind, has always fascinated me, especially as a "
tool " that each of us have, for their own treatment . Clinical
hypnosis therapy has always been thought that the most appropriate
to achieve " extract" all the potential that each of us have in our
minds, either for the treatment of physical, mental, emotional and
spiritual disease, either as a complement to medicine traditional,
to promote a better quality of life . After experimenting on myself
some basic techniques of hypnosis, I was fascinated by this
technique, and so I decided to deepen my knowledge by attending
courses under the supervision of Clinical Hypnosis London College
of Clinical Hypnosis, London - England, but given the Porto -
Portugal . From 2007 to January 2009, I attended and successfully
completes the 'Examination of the International Diploma in Clinical
Hypnosis Part I Course and Part II', for the London College of
Clinical Hypnosis . Currently I exercise activity hypnotherapist in
the village of Satao and in Viseu - Portugal . Since May 2011 I
collaborate regularly with Radio Alive FM, in the presentation the
chronic " The Power of the Mind" that resulting to this book and
some radio programs ."
