The latter portion of the book focuses on diversity among the gay and lesbian community and concludes with an examination of how student affairs professionals can continue to be proactive in the area of sexual orientation awareness and support. Complete with a comprehensive collection of resources, Toward Acceptance is an important tool in the greater awareness of problems within the gay and lesbian college community.
