Thai martial arts thriller in which a group of bar workers use their fighting skills to resist an attempt to buy the bar. When a bank heist results in a hostage situation, suspended detective Conners is recalled and assigned in charge of the operation having the rookie Shane Dekker as partner. The thieves, leaded by a mastermind named Lorenz, manage to escape though and amazingly to the cops apparently do no steal a penny from the bank. While trying to track down the thieves, the police discover that a computer virus has been implemented into the system, stealing one billion dollars from random and seeminly unrelated accounts, using the principle of the Chaos Theory.
