There is as much action and gadgetry as ever, but a slightly less tongue-in-cheek script keeps 007's romantic liaisons down to a minimum. Caroline Bliss makes her debut as Miss Moneypenny.

T.J. Storm stars in the title role of this martial arts action feature. To obtain the necessary funds to release his father from prison, South African martial artist Sizwe Biko aka Black Cobra (Storm) smuggles stolen diamonds into the US to sell them on the black market. Arnold Schwarzenegger stars in this theatrical cut edition of Mark L. Lester's classic 80's action thriller. John Matrix (Schwarzenegger), a retired Secret Service colonel, is on the trail of right-wing renegades and a Central American dictator, whom he had once helped to depose. The renegades have kidnapped his eleven-year-old daughter and Matrix is not going to rest until he has her back. The cast also includes Rae Dawn Chong, James Olson and Bill Duke.

This villain wants to obtain the secret of Westlake's superhuman strength, and Westlake is thus plunged into a game of survival.

The cartel begin to kill off the team one by one and the situation becomes even more tense when John's family are kidnapped. Can he bring down the cartel and save his family?
