The Russian school of modern Orthodox theology has made an immense
but undervalued contribution to Christian thought. Neglected in
Western theology, and viewed with suspicion by some other schools
of Orthodox theology, its three greatest thinkers have laid the
foundations for a new ecumenism and a recovery of the cosmic
dimension of Christianity. This ground-breaking study includes
biographical sketches of Aleksandr Bukharev (Archimandrite Feodor),
Vladimir Soloviev and Sergii Bulgakov, together with the necessary
historical background. Professor Valliere then examines the
creative ideas they devised or adapted, including the ?humanity of
God?, sophiology, panhumanity, free theocracy, church-and-world
dogmatics and prophetic ecumenism.
New Release From 5-Time New York Times Best Selling Author Jonathan
Cahn!
Is America heading to judgment? What lies ahead? Discover what no book
has ever revealed . . . until now!
Are the unprecedented crises of our times, the signs and warnings of
coming judgment?
Does an ancient mystery hold the secret to the events of our times, and
the future of America and the world?
Is this mystery even behind the shakings that have now overtaken the
world and America?
How much time do we have left?
In 2012, Jonathan Cahn caused a worldwide sensation with the release of
his first book and massive bestseller The Harbinger. It was hailed as
'stunning, ' 'prophetic' 'mind-blowing, ' and 'astonishing.' Cahn
followed it with bestseller after bestseller but he has always held off
on writing a sequel. But now, for the first time, Cahn opens up what
could not be unlocked before - the mysteries that couldn't be revealed
until the present time, the manifestations that have taken place since
The Harbinger came out and up to the present hour, and the mysteries of
what is yet to come.
Ever since The Harbinger was released, people have been asking...
- Is an ancient mystery determining America's future?
- Have the harbingers of judgment continued to manifest on
American soil?
- Is America closer now than ever before to judgment and what
lies ahead for America and the world?
The Harbinger ended by speaking of what was yet to come. That which was
written is now coming true. After years of holding back, because he
believed it wasn't yet the time, Jonathan Cahn has now written the
sequel. The Harbinger II is being hailed as "a prophetic masterpiece"
even more powerful and stunning than the first book and will take the
mystery to new dimensions and disclose what could not be revealed in
The Harbinger or until now. The Harbinger II will open up the mysteries
of the Gate, the Watchmen, the Mystery Ship, the Word in the Ruins, the
Book of Days, the Image, the Judgment Tree, the Children of the Ruins,
the Convergence, the Handwriting on the Wall, and much more. It will
ultimately reveal the mystery of what is yet to come, including the
Shakings, the Plague, the Western Terrace, the Island, the Day of the
Watchman, and more.
As in the first book, the mysteries and revelations of The Harbinger II
are completely real and are determining the course of world events to
this day. And the mysteries are, likewise, revealed through a
narrative. In The Harbinger II, the reader will witness the return of
Nouriel, Ana Goren, and the mysterious figure known as 'the prophet.'
The prophet will now continue the revelation from where it left off and
open up mysteries as stunning and mind-blowing as the first. As in the
prophet's first appearance, the revelations will be unlocked, one by
one, through the giving of ancient seals, but also through dreams, and
a little girl as mysterious as the prophet. In The Harbinger II the
reader will be taken on a mysterious and epic journey to uncover the
new revelations: from an island in the waters of New England, to the
steps of the Supreme Court, to the top of the tower at Ground Zero, to
a primeval forest, to the House of Faces, to the pedestal of the Statue
of Liberty. The Harbinger II will also reveal the answer and the keys
we each need to have for the days that lie ahead.
After reading The Harbinger II, you will never see the world the same
way again. Prepare to be blown away!

The magnificent series of biblical commentaries known as Black's
New Testament Commentaries (BNTC) under the General Editorship of
Professor Morna Hooker has had a gap for far too long - it has
lacked an up to date commentary on the Fourth Gospel.
Professor Andrew Lincoln now fills this gap with his excellent new
commentary. The key questions for scholars are gone into
thoroughly- questions of historicity, the use of historical
traditions and sources, relationship to the Synoptics, authorship,
setting, first readers and Professor Lincoln makes his own position
on these issues abundantly clear.
The Fourth Gospel raises a number of problems generally known as
The Johannine Question. According to tradition the Gospel was
written by St John the Apostle. The authenticity of the tradition
is examined in the introduction but the textual issues are examined
within the commentary itself. For example one problem is that
Chapters 15 and 16 seem in early versions to have preceded chapter
14. Chapter 21 must have been a later addition. The purpose of the
Gospel as stated in Chapter 20 v 31 is to strenghten the reader's
faith in Jesus as the Christ and the Son of God. But even the
celebrated prologue has given rise to much speculation, whereas
most commentators believe it is the key to the Gospel as a whole.
These issues are meat and drink to scholars but in Professor
Lincoln's expert hands they are extremely interesting and highly
pertinent to our contemporary understanding of the Gospel.

God made your heart for love, joy, peace, and wholeness. But
pastors say that more than 90% of their congregations struggle with
unforgiveness - and unforgiveness can make us forget what we were
made for. What if the most pervasive sin of our day is invisible,
hidden deep inside our hearts? What if it affects every aspect of
our lives and relationships so quietly and insidiously that most of
us miss it altogether? Bruce Wilkinson believes unforgiveness is
that sin. Through the teachings of Jesus, The Freedom Factor
reveals the link between our suffering and our unforgiveness. But
it also shows how to forgive - for real and forever. The story
doesn't have to end with the pain of our wounds. Whatever happened
to us happened. But the God who made your heart has shown a way
past the wounds, back to the life and love that we were made for -
a path toward freedom.
Golden Age Hollywood - a city overflowing with gossip, scandal, and
intrigue. Every actress wants to play Salome, the star-making role in a
big-budget movie about the legendary temptress.
So when the film's mercurial director casts Vera Larios, an unknown
Mexican ingenue, in the lead role, she quickly becomes the talk of the
town. Vera also becomes an object of envy for Nancy Hartley, a bit
player whose career has stalled and who will do anything to win the
fame she believes she richly deserves.
As Vera navigates the glitz and the gilded glamour of her new city,
Nancy follows silently behind, trying to take everything she believes
Vera has been unfairly handed.
But this is the tale of three women, for it is also the story of the
princess Salome herself. Consumed with desire for the fiery prophet who
foretells the doom of her stepfather, Salome is a woman torn between
the decree of duty and the yearning of her heart.
And tragedy is waiting in the wings . . . for all three women.
Holy Fear is not a topic you'll hear much about these days. But if you
want to build a faith that stands strong through troubled times, you
cannot afford to ignore this book.
In The Awe of God: The Astounding Way A Healthy Fear Of God Transforms
Your Life, John Bevere invites you to take a fresh look at what it
means to work out your salvation with fear and trembling. This healthy,
holy, and largely forgotten virtue is the uncommon path to a more
fulfilled and fruitful life.
In this book you will see why godly fear is the foundation of:
• Wisdom, understanding, and knowledge
• Foresight, clarity, and divine direction
• Maturity and conformity to the image of Jesus Christ
• Building an eternal legacy
• Confidence, fearlessness, and security
• Freedom from the fear of man as all lesser fears are eclipsed
If you look at the men and women in Scripture, the ones who lived and
finish well all have one thing in common: they are marked by holy fear.
The Awe of God was designed to be read slowly and intentionally. At the
end of each of the 42 chapters are five tools to help you deepen your
understanding and apply what the Spirit of God is teaching you.
Experience the intimate relationship with God that you have always
longed for by unlocking this countercultural message.
