Stephen Frears directs this big-screen adaptation of the comic strip by Posy Simmonds. West London teenager Jess Bhamra (Parminder Nagra) dreams of having a professional football career, even though her parents are determined that she study to be a lawyer. When she is invited by local girl Jules Paxton (Keira Knightley) to join a women's football team, Jess jumps at the chance, and the team's coach Joe (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) is impressed with her abilities. With Jess and Jules on board, the team begins a winning streak which puts them on track for the finals. However, in the face of continued opposition from her family, and after a falling-out with Jules, Jess is forced to reconsider her future in the game.

Classic Ealing comedy starring Alec Guinness. Captain Ambrose (Guinness) has a problem - a serious problem. Despite being descended from a famous seafaring family, he struggles on board ship because of chronic seasickness. At the end of the war, he decides to quit the waves and take a shore command. Opposition comes in the form of the local town council, which decides that all forms of gambling should be banned. From then on, Captain Ambrose faces stormy seas and all is definitely not plain sailing.

The playful toys are all still there, but they've turned gray and quiet - and only Mahoney and Henry can revive them if, with the help of a superdexterous 9 year-old (Zach Mills), they can find the source of magic inside themselves.

After stubborn, aging Southern widow, Miss Daisy, crashes her car into the neighbour's fence, her son insists on hiring her a driver. At first, the self-sufficient Miss Daisy is reluctant to accept the services of her chauffeur, Hoke, but his quiet, wise and tolerant nature slowly wins her over. As the years pass the unlikely friends develop a deep mutual respect and admiration, and slowly build a relationship that transcends their differences.

In 'Up The Chastity Belt' (1971) Lurkalot (Frankie Howerd) is a humble serf in Custard Castle, who runs a side-line selling chastity belts and love potions at the local market place. He's called upon to save the day when Sir Braggart De Bombast attempts to seize the castle and kidnap the beautiful Lobelia De Custard.
