Eine Reihe von gesellschaftlichen Veranderungen, z.B. der
demographische- und Wertewandel oder der Trend zur
Individualisierung, werden starke Auswirkungen auf die
Personalpolitik der deutschen Wirtschaftsunternehmen haben. Der
strategisch ausgerichtete Personalbereich wird sich vermehrt um das
zentrale Thema Work Life Balance kummern mussen. Allerdings gibt es
in der Wissenschaft nur sehr begrenzt Erkenntnisse zu den
Dimensionen, zum Verstandnis und zur Operationalisierung von Work
Life Balance. Das Ziel dieser Arbeit bestand darin,
unterschiedliche Work Life Balance Zielgruppen zu identifizieren
und damit den Handlungsbedarf sowie eine Strategie abzuleiten.
Diese Analyse wurde beispielhaft innerhalb eines deutschen
Automobilkonzerns durchgefuhrt. Zwei Zielgruppen konnten generiert
werden, die differenzierte Work Life Balance Situationen und
Lebensformen aufweisen. Da die Lebens- und Arbeitswelt komplexer
werden und eine Zunahme an pluraleren Lebensformen ebenfalls in der
Zukunft zu verzeichnen sein wird, ergeben sich daraus
Handlungsempfehlungen fur die Personalabteilungen, die
qualifizierte Fach- und Fuhrungskrafte gewinnen und binden
moechten.
Die Mehrheitsbeteiligung von Idealvereinen an Kapitalgesellschaften
ist seit dem "ADAC-Urteil" des BGH weitestgehend anerkannt. Dies
machen sich die Bundesligavereine durch Ausgliederung ihrer
Profiabteilungen zunutze. Dabei wird jedoch ubersehen, dass der
Schutz der Glaubiger nicht so sehr durch die Aufbringung des
Mindestkapitals in der Tochtergesellschaft als solches, sondern
vielmehr durch die persoenliche Verlustbeteiligung ihrer
naturlichen Tragerpersonen erreicht wird. Die Ausgliederung der
Berufssportabteilungen loest somit das seit langem beklagte
Rechtsformproblem nicht. Der Autor schlagt hierzu eine
Gruppenkonzession an die Bundesligavereine nach 22 BGB vor. Damit
liessen sich sportideelle und wirtschaftliche Interessen wie bisher
- und vom DFB weiterhin erwunscht - unter einem Dach vereinigen.
Die Arbeit widmet sich dem konzeptionellen Aufbau einer
Qualitatskostenrechnung, die die Voraussetzung fur die Planung und
Kontrolle der Qualitat in Industriebetrieben bildet. Das Ziel der
Kostenbeeinflussung, insbesondere der Fehlerkostenreduzierung,
erfordert die Errichtung eines separaten
Qualitatskostenbudgetsystems, dessen Struktur ebenfalls beschrieben
wird. Im Hinblick auf die Nutzung der geplanten und budgetierten
Groessen wird eine Modifikation des Qualitatskostenmodells
vorgeschlagen. Auf ihrer Basis werden grundlegende UEberlegungen zu
Fragen einer operativen Qualitatsplanung angestellt und
Erweiterungen der Modelle der operativen Produktionsplanung
skizziert. Abschliessend wird auf die Aufgabenstellung des
Qualitatscontrollings eingegangen.
