An elite team of French commandos is sent to Afghanistan to rescue a kidnapped journalist in this action thriller starring Diane Kruger. After French reporter Elsa (Kruger) is taken hostage by insurgents working for Taliban leader Zaief (Raz Degan), a rescue team of commandos led by Kovax (Djimon Hounsou) is parachuted into enemy territory. All goes surprisingly well, with the team members managing to locate and free Elsa without many mishaps. But when their radio is subsequently destroyed in a firefight, they quickly find themselves in a desperate fight for survival, as they try to outrun their pursuers through the mountains of the Hindu Kush.

The story follows young male deer Bambi from his birth and woodland childhood with friends Thumper the rabbit and Flower the skunk, through to his ascendancy into the tall, antlered Prince of the Forest. Steven Soderbergh directs this comedy drama set in the world of male strip clubs. Inspired by experiences from the early days in the career of the film's star, actor Channing Tatum, the film follows Mike (Tatum) as he takes a young dancer called The Kid (Alex Pettyfer) under his wing and tutors him in the arts of all-night partying, picking up women and making easy money. As his latest recruit's popularity with the ladies soars, however, Mike's interest in The Kid's sister Brooke (Cody Horne), which at first seems to be welcomed, takes an unexpected knock when she begins to question his hedonistic lifestyle.

She embarks upon a campaign to ensnare him using all her womanly wiles. Unfortunately, two French terrorists also show up at the casino Cris works at, wanting to know more about his powers of vision.
