Bobby Bowfinger (Steve Martin) is Hollywood's least successful director. He figures that the only way to boost his flagging reputation is to make a film with megastar Kit Ramsey (Eddie Murphy). Alejandro Amenabar writes and directs this psychological thriller starring Emma Watson and Ethan Hawke. Set in 1990 Minnesota, the film follows Detective Bruce Kenner (Hawke) as he investigates the disturbing case of John Gray (David Dencik), who, although having no recollection of the incident, admits to sexually abusing his 17-year-old daughter Angela (Watson). As Kenner conducts his investigation, he finds there is more to the case than it seems and that it may be connected to similar crimes across the country.

Wishing to control one of the world's natural resources, Greene's organisation has a finger in every government agency worldwide, and it falls to Bond to keep one step ahead of his friends, and enemies, to stop Greene holding the world to ransom.

Pierce Brosnan's fourth outing in the 20th Bond film. 007 has spent the last 12 months in a North Korean prison - after being captured whilst on assignment by government agents - and when he is finally freed his superiors are worried that he will not be up to the job. That is until Bond discovers that one of his former captors, Zao (Rick Yune), has teamed up with the evil Gustav Graves (Toby Stephens) and the pair plan to put the fate of the entire world in jeopardy. Bond must once again save the world whilst also keeping his quota of glamorous women in tow (Halle Berry and Rosamund Pike), using the gadgets provided by Q (John Cleese) and travelling the world in the most expensive cars. Madonna provides the theme tune and also has a cameo role.

Sean Connery returns as Secret Service agent James Bond in the second of the series, once again saving the world from the terrorist threats of the SPECTRE organisation. Bond is sent to Istanbul to steal a Russian coding machine, but comes up against two fearsome opponents also interested in the device: East German spy Rosa Klebb (Lotte Lenya), who hides a deadly switchblade in her shoe; and Red Grant (Robert Shaw), an assassin posing as a fellow British agent.

When revolutionary scientist Deon (Patel) awakens his latest creation, a robot with artificial intelligence and the ability to think and feel like a human, his dreams and his nightmares all quickly become his reality. As the robot, Chappie (voice of Sharlto Copley), begins to develop in the same ways a human would, society around him finds it increasingly difficult to accept him into their lives. After Chappie is kidnapped by South African gangsters who wish to do him harm, Deon puts all his efforts into finding his creation and proving to the world that Chappie is not dangerous but merely provides evidence of the next generation of thinking.

A violent crime heist thriller from Tarantino collaborator (and fellow ex-video store employee) Roger Avary. An American safecracker (Eric Stoltz) agrees to help a Parisian thief rob a bank on Bastille Day. However, the night before the robbery he meets a beautiful woman called Zoe (Julie Delpy). The robbery goes wrong and ends in violence. Luckily, Zoe turns out to be one of the bank clerks and helps her new found friend escape from the police.

Unfortunately he arrives to witness dad, now a pastry chef, preparing for one last heist to set him up for life. David Dobkin directs this Academy Award-nominated comedy drama starring Robert Duvall and Robert Downey Jr as an estranged father and son. Hotshot lawyer Henry 'Hank' Palmer (Downey Jr) receives the devastating news that his mother has died. He returns to his home town in Indiana for her funeral, meaning he must also come face-to-face with his father Judge Joseph 'Joe' Palmer (Duvall), with whom he has a troubled relationship. The situation becomes even more difficult when Hank learns that his father is to be put on trial for murder. Hank searches for answers while defending the judge in court against prosecutor Dwight Dickham (Billy Bob Thornton). Through the course of the trial father and son reconnect but can Hank win the case and prevent Joe from going to prison? The cast also includes Vera Farmiga, Vincent D'Onofrio, David Krumholtz and Leighton Meester.

Woody Allen writes and directs this romantic comedy starring Colin Firth and Emma Stone. In the 1920s, English magician and illusionist Stanley Crawford (Firth), who on stage masquerades as Chinese conjuror Wei Ling Soo, travels to the French Riviera where he attempts to expose the secrets of spirit medium Sophie Baker (Stone). Sophie is suspected of exploiting the wealthy Catledge family and Stanley finds her staying in their home, having been invited there by Grace Catledge (Jacki Weaver), who wants the clairvoyant's help in contacting her deceased husband. Though he is initially certain she is a fraud, the more time Stanley spends with Sophie, the more he begins to believe she might be genuine. The cast also includes Marcia Gay Harden, Eileen Atkins and Simon McBurney.

Marc Lawrence directs this romantic comedy starring Hugh Grant and Marisa Tomei. Keith Michaels (Grant) is an Academy Award-winning screenwriter who has past his prime. Since reaching the pinnacle of his career in 1998, his life has taken a downward spiral. Divorced and without work, Keith leaves Hollywood and begins a teaching job at Binghamton University in New York. Initially, he fails to take his position seriously, only allowing attractive females and unattractive males to attend his class, and trying to impress them by claiming to be involved in a project with famous stars. However, when a student, single mother Holly Carpenter (Tomei), catches his eye, Keith finds romance and begins to realise there is great value in teaching. Directed by Michael Bay and produced by Steven Spielberg, this sci-fi action adventure is the fourth instalment in the film series based on the 1980s cartoons. Four years after the invasion of Chicago, mechanic and single parent Cade Yeager (Mark Wahlberg) discovers what he believes to be a dilapidated truck and takes it home to repair. What he really has resting in his garage is a deactivated Optimus Prime (voiced by Peter Cullen). When government officials learn of the discovery they try to push humanitarian boundaries in the name of scientific development.
