Sci-fi action thriller co-written by Luc Besson and starring Guy Pearce. It is 2079 and the world's most dangerous criminals are incarcerated in a secure prison in outer space. During an official visit by the president's daughter, Emilie (Maggie Grace), a breakout occurs and Emilie is taken hostage. In desperation, the president enlists the services of wrongly-convicted spy (Pearce), offering him a deal: if he can rescue Emilie from the clutches of the prison's most violent inmates, he can be assured of his own acquittal and future freedom.
David L.G. Hughes directs this British gangster thriller set in Southend-On-Sea. Southend is known for having the longest pleasure pier in the world, but it isn't the pursuit of leisure that brings crime boss Jimmy the Gent (Peter Wight) to town. Jimmy has come to visit Shrewd Eddie (Paul Freeman), the ruthless gangster who has come to dominate the dark side of Southend in recent years, to collect the quarter of a million he is owed. As word spreads rapidly around the local crime community about this clash of the titans, all manner of chancers and psychopaths spot an opportunity to find favour with either Jimmy or Eddie and attempt to get in on the action.

Top of Rango's priority list in his new position is to find out what is happening with the town's dangerously low water supply. He uncovers a conspiracy that goes right to the heart of the town's power structure; one that will require the intervention of a true hero to overturn. Is Rango up to the task? The movie won the 2012 Academy Award for Best Animated Feature Film.
Science fiction drama starring Jared Leto as a man looking back on his life. In the year 2092, 118-year-old Nemo Nobody (Leto) is an object of great interest - the last fully mortal human in a world where advances in technology have made immortality possible. Nemo is engaged in relating his life story to a journalist (Daniel Mays), but his mind appears to be failing. Nemo recounts at least three separate realities, one where he is married to a depressed woman, Elise (Sarah Polley), one where he enjoys a comfortable but boring life with Jean (Linh Dan Pham) and one where he is locked in a tempestuous romance with his step-sister, Anna (Diane Kruger). As the three stories unfold and interweave they ask questions, not just of the nature of memory, but of the nature of reality itself.

The pilot film for the successful 1980s American television series about a hi-tech helicopter gunship. It begins, in typical 80s fashion, with the helicopter stolen by Libyan mercenaries and a Vietnam veteran assigned by the CIA to track it down. In this case the veteran is Stringfellow Hawke (Jan-Michael Vincent) and he sets to work immediately, enlisting the help of Dominic Santini (Ernest Borgnine) and heading for the desert.
West London teenager Jess Bhamra (Parminder Nagra) dreams of having a professional football career, even though her parents are determined that she study to be a lawyer. Film adaptation of the psychological crime novel by Dennis Lehane, directed by Martin Scorsese and starring Leonardo DiCaprio, Mark Ruffalo and Ben Kingsley. It soon becomes apparent, however, that no one on the island is telling the truth, and as Daniels becomes more embroiled in the sinister goings on, he begins to question everything, even his own sanity...

Set in Belfast in the late 1980s, the film shows how McGartland led a double life for four years while still in his early twenties, revealing nothing of his position even to close friends and family, until his cover was blown in 1991 and he was kidnapped and tortured by the IRA. Ben Kingsley co-stars as Fergus, McGartland's British 'handler'.
