Manganese Blue Hue is a high key cool blue that closely emulates the no longer available original pigment.
Mineral Violet is a strong, nearly pure violet. Bluer than Quinacridone Violet and redder than Cobalt Violet.
Naphthol Red is a primary red close to Cadmium Red Light in masstone with a clean, intense tint. Perfect for high key paintings.
Naples Yellow is a warm, pale yellow reminiscent of the yellows found in 17th and 18th century painting.
Neutral Tint is in the colour space between Lamp Black and Paynes Gray. Useful for gently toning vivid colours.
Nickel Quinacridone Gold is a golden yellow with rich earthen red top tones.
Olive Green is a dark brown green reminiscent of a Bohemian Earth.
Payne's Gray is the coolest black on the palette with a distinct blue cast and good strength.

Quinacridone Red is a cool, lightfast red in a high key. More yellow than Quinacridone Rose.
Quinacridone Rose is bluish-red, distinct and high key.
Quinacridone Violet is the coolest Quinacridone, more purple than red but redder than Dioxazine Purple. A beautiful violet, very clean and strong.
Scarlet Pyrrol is a transparent and intense red-orange, a vibrant scarlet.
Sepia is a warm black with subtle undertone in washes. Very 19th century.
Titanium White Opaque is a carefully balanced white that will not "chalk". Perfect for a highlight touch.
Transparent Orange Iron Oxide is a modern, fully transparent version of Burnt Sienna with greater clarity.
Transparent Yellow Iron Oxide is more transparent than Raw Sienna with golden yellow undertone. A true glazing yellow of subtle chroma.
Turquoise is a deep, green blue capable of gem like transparent blue washes.
Ultramarine Blue is a red shade of Ultramarine with depth and intensity. A genuine replacement for the original lapis lazuli pigment.
Ultramarine Pink is the subtle color of hyacinth in summer.
Ultramarine Violet is a chromatically subtle glazing violet with strong hints of blue. Creates wonderful cool greys. |
