Deutsch, Abstract: Die offensichtliche wie vielschichtige
Verquickung von Architektur und Film werden in dieser Arbeit anhand
zweier Filme vergleichend analysiert. Es handelt sich dabei um
"Solaris" von Andreij Tarkovski (1972) sowie das gleichnamige
Remake von Steven Soderbergh (2003). Die auf einer Novelle von
Stanislav Lem basierenden Werke eignen sich durch eine
vordergrundige und gegensatzliche Verwendung von Architektur als
Ausdrucksmittel im Film besonders zu einer ausfuhrlichen
analytischen Betrachtung. Diese geschieht auch reflektierend auf
den architektonisch-filmhistorischen Kontext - zwischen
"Metropolis" und "Blade Runner" - .
