Salads - day and night!

This is a cookery book that I've been wanting for a very long time. I have all Hetty Mckinnon's books but COMMUNITY got a revised edition from this fantastic Aussie cook. Salads galore. She uses commonly found vegetables but believe me, when you've completed her recipes you will end up with mind blowing salads. All the recipes are vegetarian, as am I, but my husband just adds whatever meat he feels like. It must be mentioned that her cookbooks are the most beautiful I have ever come across. Really, nothing compares and I have a lot of cookbooks. All of which I order from LOOT since they are at least R50-R100 cheaper than from anyone else!
