There are many fitness books devoted to getting a better body.
There are also many books devoted to the mindfulness, inside-out
approach to success, several of which focus on exercise. However,
there has not been a book that turns the inside-out concept on its
head (pun intended), taking an outside-in approach to show how
strengthening the body first leads to a stronger mind and inner
