Shaolin #8 is a set from the Northern Shaolin Style. It has been
used many times as a demonstration form or competition form in the
"Northern Traditional" division. This book has front views and
thoroughly depicted back views, and makes a fine addition for
people interested in the northern arts. There is also an excellent
description of Sifu Paul Eng's martial career in this book. Sifu
Paul Eng is one of the few remaining old-school traditionalists in
the kung fu world. He has taught martial art since the 1950's.
