This book is perfect for anyone who can't or doesn't want to eat dairy products. There is an in-depth review by Jason on Amazon.com says it all so please read that review. I can now have Brie, cheddar, mozzarella, mayo, pepper jack... And lots more, all home made so I know exactly what goes into them. Love this book and hoorah for Skye Michael Conroy!
