This is a full-color laminated poster. The chakras are the energetic centres of the subtle body. They can be unbalanced by a number of internal and external factors. Problems will then be felt in the corresponding aspects of life. This chart clearly describes a series of seven specific yoga exercises (asanas) which, if practiced regularly, will help re-establishing a harmonious energy circulation within each chakra, between the chakras and between the subtle body and the outside world. People whose chakras are in this way activated and balanced will function optimally at all levels: material (e.g. money) to spiritual via the levels of physical health, love, communication.
Why haven't I heard about this before? Maybe I can answer that. We have focused a lot of our hard earned taxpayer money and our attention and our faith from our hearts toward our trusted research team. But in fact they search mostly for drugs that can become commercially profitable. Our high tech labs "experiment with the unspeakable at a disgraceful cost." The Lord's "Masterpiece" need not be tampered with, only nurtured! This book fits the pieces of the puzzle together for the real answers to the cancer mystery. The encyclopedias and health books will confirm, we should look not to the high-tech digital electronics in the laboratories for survival, but instead in our Kitchen!
The information contained in this book, although familiar to many
practitioners and students, is presented in a concise logistical
format. This unique method of utilizing acupuncture treatment
algorithms for differential diagnosis of disease states is
logically systematic and useful both as an acupuncture treatment
text and reference guide. The compilation of material is extracted
from Chinese Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Foreign Language Press,
Beijing. The disease states are listed alphabetically and are
located at the top of the page. They are then subcategorized and
differentiated according to their main manifestations. The
acupuncture treatment points that are specific to the disease state
are found next, followed by the tongue and pulse diagnosis. Located
at the bottom of the page are acupuncture treatment points that are
common to the various subdivisions of the disease states. It is
often helpful to start at the bottom of the page, identifying
common acupuncture treatment points to each subdivision (if there
are any). This unique presentation of the material appears visually
clear, uniform and easier to decipher and commit to memory. The
appendix contains the disease states and acupuncture treatment
points listed in a quick reference chart. This document will prove
to be a valuable tool to both practitioner and student.
While most people today vaguely realize that the body is a working machine that generates energy, most of us don't understand the way energy flows, where it goes and what it does. Margaret Rogers' research with her clients and under medical supervision has validated ancient Oriental techniques and merged them with exciting non-invasive methods using crystals to unblock energy flow in our Five Bodies and to tone and stimulate the Chi energies. Integrating these techniques with hypnotherapy, reflexology and aromatherapy, she has broken through old mindsets to release cellular-neuro-muscular memories that have created illness of the mind, body and spirit. Whether you are a healer or a patient, you need this stimulating and easy-to-follow guide to recovery.
In mid twentieth century China, during the time of the Cultural Revolution, there was a great need for medical treatment and a severe shortage of medical practitioners, especially in the countryside. To remedy this situation, workers and farmers were trained in the prevention and treatment of disease. These people were known as Barefoot Doctors. The American Barefoot Doctor's Manual was created in the spirit of these original barefoot doctors. Strategies for using Chinese Patent Medicines, LM Homeopathics, and Flower Essences are found throughout the manual. Also included in this work is an integrated form of movement therapy which opens and increases the energetics through all 14 meridians. For a limited time I will provide 1/2 hour session of Chinese Energetic Method with each purchase.

The health for which the author is grateful came by struggle. A leading authority explains the origins and history of Chinese medicine from its beginnings in antiquity to today. Paul U. Unschuld describes medicine's close connection with culture and politics throughout Chinese history. He brings together texts, techniques, and worldviews to understand changing Chinese attitudes toward healing and the significance of traditional Chinese medicine in both China and the Western world. Unschuld reveals the emergence of a Chinese medical tradition built around a new understanding of the human being, considering beliefs in the influence of cosmology, numerology, and the supernatural on the health of the living. He describes the variety of therapeutic approaches in Chinese culture, the history of pharmacology and techniques such as acupuncture, and the global exchange of medical knowledge. Insights are offered into the twentieth-century decline of traditional medicine, as military defeats caused reformers and revolutionaries to import medical knowledge as part of the construction of a new China. Unschuld also recounts the reception of traditional Chinese medicine in the West since the 1970s, where it is often considered an alternative to Western medicine at the same time as China seeks to incorporate elements of its medical traditions into a scientific framework. This concise and compelling introduction to medical thought and history suggests that Chinese medicine is also a guide to Chinese civilization. |
