This film mixes live action and animation. Bob Hoskins plays a seedy private eye who is sent on an investigation in Toon-town, an L.A. suburb which houses all the cartoon characters. Jessica Rabbit, a sexy, almost human toon, is up to all sorts of mischief and Hoskins is out to find out exactly what she's doing, involving himself in murder and intrigue.

Mitch Kellaway (Peter Riegert) and Tina's boyfriend Dorian Tyrell (Peter Greene), who is trying to exert his own control over the city.

This feature-length episode of the popular sitcom, originally shown on TV as a three-part mini series, marks the return of the Red Dwarf crew after a break of ten years. Lister (Craig Charles), Rimmer (Chris Barrie), Kryton (Robert Llewellyn) and Cat (Danny John-Jules) have aged but apparently not matured. The crew find themselves back on Lister's home planet after discovering a dimension-travelling monster in their water tank. It seems that Lister's prayers have finally been answered but things are never that simple...
DJ Adrian Cronauer (an Oscar-nominated Robin Williams) causes uproar when he arrives in war-torn 1965 Saigon to take over the early morning radio show. His irreverent humour soon offends the top brass, in the form of Lt. Steven Hauk (Bruno Kirby), but Cronauer becomes a hit with the GIs. Meanwhile, Cronauer shows a more sober side to his character in his romance with Trinh, a local Vietnamese woman (Chintara Sukapatana).

Peter Bogdanovich directs this comedy drama set during the Great Depression. At her mother's funeral nine-year-old Addie Loggins (Tatum O'Neal) meets Moses Pray (Ryan O'Neal), a man who many of the locals suspect of being her long-absent father. Although he denies the allegations, Moses is persuaded to take Addie to her new home with her aunt in Missouri. Along the way, the young orphan discovers that Moses is a travelling conman who preys on recently widowed women by selling them a personalised Bible. The pair form a formidable partnership after Addie demonstrates a natural talent for confidence tricks and joins Moses on the road to execute his scams. But their success and friendship is threatened when Moses becomes fascinated with an exotic dancer named Trixie Delight (Madeline Kahn), leaving Addie to devise a plan to bring him back to his senses.
Wes Anderson's comic Indian road-movie, set on a train, follows three brothers on a road-to-nowhere as they try to bond with one another after the death of their father. Trying to rekindle their sibling affections, Francis (Owen Wilson), Peter (Adrien Brody), and Jack (Jason Schwartzman) Whitman travel across India to meet up with their mother (Anjelica Huston), who has forsaken western life to become a nun in the Himalayas. Along the way, the hapless brothers fall victim to a range of mishaps, involving, among other things, pepper spray and an unhealthy fondness for pharmaceuticals, as their well-intentioned trip spirals out of control.

Christopher Plummer has taken over David Niven's role as number one suspect, but this time he is innocent and decides he'll have to find the culprit himself if he wants to avoid a life behind bars. Clouseau, meanwhile, conducts the police investigation in his idosyncratic style.
Surreal romantic comedy starring Shia LaBeouf and Evan Rachel Wood. In accordance with his mother's dying wishes, Charlie (LaBeouf) travels to the Romanian capital of Bucharest. While on the plane one of his fellow passengers asks him to track down his daughter and return a package to her and having no other plans for his arrival, Charlie agrees to do so. But when he does succeed in finding the girl (Wood), an unexpected romance begins to blossom between the pair and with her already married to a violent Romanian crime boss (Mads Mikkelsen), it won't be easy for the young lovers to continue...
Keanu Reeves stars in this dark-tinged romantic comedy. Henry (Reeves) is an unambitious man who sleepwalks his way through life and his dull job at a highway toll booth. His life changes abruptly when he stumbles into the midst of an armed robbery crime scene, is mistaken by police for one of the robbers and is thrown into jail. There he shares a cell with career criminal Max (James Caan), who becomes a mentor of sorts, prompting an epiphany in Henry. On his release, Henry joins forces with Max to commit the crime for which he figures he has already done the time, and becomes romantically entangled with local TV presenter Julie (Vera Farmiga), who literally runs into him at the crime scene. |
