Each section has a completed lesson plan and photographs of all the
exercises. There are additional completed lesson plans as you get
to be more adventurous and additional exercises that are not on the
lesson plans. Fill in the sections as you try out the exercises as
you go along. You can always refer to it at a later date when you
need a bit of inspiration. The beginning will help keep things
simple, getting more adventurous as you progress. Practice the
exercises in the water, add the progressions and see what it feels
like. Then practice your demonstrations on land, preferably to the
music you will be using. Safety, yours and your participant's is
paramount, but I cannot take any responsibility for any injuries
incurred whist using the exercises, safe execution of each exercise
and any equipment involved is your responsibility as the
instructor. Have fun, enjoy what you do, keep it effective and your
participants will enjoy it to.
